NEW APARTMENT IN THE CENTER OF LA TANIA SKI RESORT NOW AVAILABLE FOR RENT! 64 sq.m sleeps up to 6-8. This is a new (completed in mid-December 2014) 3 bedroom apartment located seconds from the slope in the heart of La Tania Ski Resort(across the road from La Soucisse Savoyarde and Nexity) in a brand new chalet style development Le Rocher Blanc.

The apartment is a short walk (50 meters, measured by Google) from the piste (Folyères slope) that cuts right through the center of La Tania Ski Resort. It is linked to the vast 3-valleys ski resort lift system by La Tania bubble. The center of La Tania Ski Resort benefits from the pedestrian-only main street with several shops, restaurants, ski rental shops, day care, ski schools (ESF) and bars, that regularly provide live music entertainment.

The apartment consist of 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single bedroom with bunk beds, large living area (with comfortable sofa-bed) with open plan kitchen, one bathroom (with bath and double sink), one separate toilet, large balcony and plenty of storage.

The apartment is done up to a high standard with high quality materials (all new appliances - dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer - granite countertop, oak kitchen) and is furnished with quality furniture and modern decor.

There is free wi-fi, Apple TV, Sony play station (PS3), Blue Ray DVD, table games and DVD collection.

Apartment comes with equipped basement ski room for ski storage with ELECTRIC SKI BOOT DRYER and assigned PARKING space for one car.

Winter season rates include meet and greet, beds made on arrival, linen, towels, bath mat, end cleaning.

Summer rates include end cleaning only.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

50% is due at the time of booking with the remainder due 1 month prior to arrival.

All bookings are subject to 25% refundable security deposit.

Base rates are fixed in GBP. Rent can be payable in EUR at the prevailing bank exchange rate. Exact EUR amount will be specified at the time of booking.

Fantastic modern property, ideally located.

It was our 2nd visit to this property and as a family with 3 young girls (Plus grumpy Granddad) it ticked all our box's, again!

It can comfortably accommodate 6 people, it has under floor heating which can be easily controlled in each room, has a well equipped kitchen and also a ski storage room which contains a boot drying rack and washing machine.

Ideally located right next to the nursery slope (ESF Ski School) and main village area for restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski hire etc.

As a family we would fully recommend this property and are hopefully returning next year.

Great apartment, full equipped

Very nice apartment and full equipped, very well decorated so that we spent a very good week there. We are a family with 5 people and it was very pleasant to have enough space in the flat. It is very closed to the slopes and the ski storage is very convenient. It is also very quiet and with a top quality bedding : we all slept very well. Owners are very nice and really wish their guests to feel good in the flat. We'd like to come back again in this flat during our next Winter holidays.

Homely and central

If you would like to stay in a homely apartment central to the slopes, ski lifts, shops and bars then look no further. Everything is within seconds to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need and very cosy, great for relaxing at the end of the day on the slopes. Alex and Kate are wonderful owners and nothing is too much trouble. When we come back to ski at La Tania we will contact Alex and Kate 1st to book their apartment. Happy Holiday

Superb

We stayed in the apartment in July 2016. It is a great place, right in the center of La Tania, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is done up to a high standard and well equipped as described by the owner. It is very cozy and it is obvious the owners have put a significant effort to make it convenient and welcoming to their guests. The owners are very responsive and provided us with good information on summer activities and apartment features. We would definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

Homely chalet great location

We stayed at this superb chalet for 2 weeks, it is very homely and well equipped throughout. The listing description and photos show exactly the quality of this chalet. The property was very clean and well maintained and the information provided for us by the owner and the manager was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all.

We will definitely recommend this to our friends and will return to this chalet when we next stay in La Tania.

During our stay we went to Meribel and watched the ice hockey match which was amazing.

We also ate out at La Tagia restaurant which offers amazing meals at excellent prices and brilliant entertainment in the evenings.

Missing La Tania already.

Further Details:

There is a free ski bus service (a ski pass no longer required since 2006) between La Tania and Courchevel. It runs via Le Praz, 1550 (Village), 1650 (Moriond) and finally 1850. A pedestrian pass is available for gondola, chairlifts and cable car lifts for €22 per day or 6 days for €66 (2014 prices). You can also ride one lift for €9 or 2 lifts for €15.50. All descents are free.

The free ski bus service runs from the main road behind the Montana Hotel (access can be gained via a public lift to the left of the hotel entrance). The first bus now leaves La Tania at 08:30 and the last bus leaves Courchevel at 23:50. The service runs every hour except for a gap during the evening.

An alternative way to Courchevel 1850 is to get off the bus at Le Praz (5 minutes on the bus or a 20 minute walk) and take the Praz Gondola straight in to 1850. Earlier buses run from Le Praz to Courchevel at 07:05, 07:25 and 08:05 take around 25 mins. Journey time from La Tania to Courchevel 1850 is around 30 minutes.
