Absolutely fabulous!!

The pictures really don't do this property justice! 2 adults 5 kids (15,13,13,12,10) Well kept, spotless, spacious & free wifi, which was a massive hit with the kids. Lovely patio & private garden area. Carlos was very patient, attentive & accommodating. Only niggle was air con broken but numerous fans were provided 😊. Pool area very pleasant, however pool itself in need of some maintenance as many pool tiles missing/broken off which was unsightly and at times rough on feet ..... Also whatever is put in the pool (salt not chlorine) seems to remove some colours from swim wear!

Large supermarket across the road and Palma Nova beach/restaurants 20 min walk. Beach is clean & sea is crystal clear, warm & seaweed free 😊

Great apartment

A great place to stay the apartment was well equipped, with plenty of room. We had young children with us so the private garden made it safe and relaxing. The pool area was stunning a very quiet. Most of the evenings were also quiet. Good restaurants and a big supermarket on the door step great location. Carlos was a good host helpful and on hand if we needed him. We would definitely stay here again especially as there seems to be air con now. Jane from Cardiff

beautiful apartment

Beautiful very spacious apartment, on lovely well kept grounds, great location 10-15 mins walk to palma nova, large mercadona right across the road, 10 mins walk from small lid, great for families with small children, safe garden, and no noise at night, Carlos was great to deal with and very obliging, I would definitely stay here again

Great apartment in a good location

Spacious apartment which is well equipped with attention to detail. Free wifi a big hit with the teens in our group. Nice enclosed garden and a lovely community pool which didn't get busy. The outside seating area was also well used. The apartment is well positioned, close enough to walk to Portal Nous, Palma nova and Magaluf. There is a supermarket just over the road. The owner was great and sorted out the few problems we did have immediately and was happy to provide us with extra bits and bobs we asked for.

spacious well kept apartment

Although arrived late evening,we was welcomed by the owner who showed us all we needed to know about our stay, the apartment was a lovely size for 8 of us, and the children soon sorted out which bedroom they wanted, the ground floor was ideal as my youngest grandchild was only 21 months and loved the garden, and the pool, which was really well used by all of us. Enough to do for all, but a quiet location, which all enjoyed, but only 15-20 minutes pleasant walk to restaurants. thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great apartment with good facilities

Lovely apartment in an excellent location, close to everything so car not needed. Owner very responsive and sorted the few problems we had immediately. Free wifi a definite hit with the teens we had with us. Apartment is spacious with a nice private garden and the communal pool is lovely and not too busy.

Nearest Airport : Palma at 25 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Palma at 10 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Bendinat at 6 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Son Caliu at 500 Metres


Nearest beach is Son Caliu, 5 minutes walking distance.

Palmanova is 10 minutes away.

And Portals Nous beach is also 10 minutes away.


Palma airport is a 25 minute car journey to Palma Nova. A bus service runs regularly into Palma (Plaza España), and buses run every 15 minutes to Palma Nova.


If hiring a car, Palmanova is ideally located to reach Palma (15 mins) and neighbouring resorts of Magaluf (5 mins), Puerto Portals (10 mins), Santa Ponsa (10 mins), Paguera (15 mins) and Puerto Andraitx (20 mins). Buses run regularly between Palma and all resorts.

Further Details:

The apartment is ideally suited for cyclists, with perfect access to numerous cycling routes across the island and extra storage available for bikes on request.

Palmanova is quieter than most resorts and is more suited to families. The area has sandy beaches with everything on hand. Water sports, glass bottom boat trips, as well as shops, bars and restaurants all located along the wide traffic free promenades. There are many popular fast food restaurants, as well as a number of more traditional cafes and restaurants along the seafront in Palmanova.
