This luxuious, spacious, modern ground floor apartment is situated in the secure gated complex of Hacienda Playa just a two minutes stroll to beautiful sandy beaches in Elviria, Marbella where you will find many nice restaurants and bars. It has a large lounge/diner with seating for 6 - 8 people, sat tv, music system and wi fi, and patio doors leading to large private garden with lovely outdoor furniture and bbq. There is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath and a twin bedroom with en suite with shower/bath aswell. Also a cloakroom with wc and basin. The spacious kitchen has oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and the is also a utility room with washing machine. It is fully air conditioned throughout. There are many nice restaurants and bars within walking distance and a supermarket as well and so a car is not necessary. There is a large communal pool with sunbeds. wi fi.

About the Owner

I live in the UK with my partner where I run my Spanish property business from home. As well as owning our villa in Marbella and apartment in Nerja I rent out many properties for other owners. I started in 1990 when my youngest daughter was two, renting out our own apartment and then other owners asked me to rent their properties. I love my business and Spain. We travel backwards and forwards from England and only takes 6 hours from door to door! Our villa is just 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport. We especially like to go in the winter months to capture the sun and warm days. I like running along the many sandy beaches or strolling along with my partner. New hobby is stand up paddle boarding. I also like to go to the local market for fresh veg and salad as well as the clothes!

I rent this apartment to many happy holiday makers but have also stayed there myself and had a lovely holiday. Aswell as the sunbeds round the pool it has the benefit of a private garden with comfortable sunbeds and outdoor sofas.

I loved my time in this apartment. The furnishings and decor is very modern and tasteful. We did not need a car as just strolled to our favourite restaurant on the beach - Paula and Carlos, as well as many others in Elviria and the supermarket is just around the corner. Very comfortable beds and lots of space. I could not have stayed if it did not have wi fi as I still have to work when I am holidaying!!! It is in an ideal position for golfers as Santa Maria golf course is less than 5 minutes driver aswell as El Rosario and many others

Friend of mine - Maggie, organises tours for small groups to the three little white historic villages in the Alpujarra mountains just 1 hour drive away with tapas trails (and hiking if you wish) – ask me for her contact details if interested.

Funny Beach - with many water activities and go-karting just 5 minutes drive away.

just two minutes walk to beach.

Travel:

just 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport. If you do not want to hire a car we can arrange a taxi transfer for just 55 euros.
