Girls 'Tennis' break

Booked for 12 days, first week I came out with my husband, then our friends came for a long weekend, they all left on Monday when my tennis girls arrive.

This year there were only 3 of us, so a 3 bed place was all we needed.

It's in a great location, we love San Pedro, especially the market on Thursdays! It's a 2 minute walk to the beach with a lovely beach bar/restaurant called Macaau, salads are huge we had one between the two of us, the rose house wine was fantastic and cost €21. You can walk into town but it would take 30mins at least.

Anyway back to the house.

Lovely open plan ground floor, doors leading on to patio, which is paved, then a gate to the pool area, huge pool, which we used every day, it was certainly warm enough.

Kitchen facilities good but need more serving dishes/bowls, also the crockery set could do with smaller soup/cereal bowls. Coffee tables would be good to, inside and out.

Bedrooms perfect, comfortable and loads of cupboard space.

Lovely large ensuite with shower only, family bathroom has bath, unfortunately no extractor fan and no window so it does tend to steam up! All bedrooms have fans that are really quite, brilliant!

The house also has air conditioning/heating though we didn't need it.

The roof terrace is gorgeous with another kitchen, again well equipped, though we didn't use it, charcoal bbq, good table and chairs, lovely sofas, again no coffee tables and only 1 sun lounger, badly need more especially as the house sleeps 6 and they don't put the pool loungers out until July, however the grass is really spongy and very comfortable to lay on.

All in all we had a really lovely relaxing time, enjoyed watching Roland Garros on the TV, which also has sky movies and sports to keep children and adults happy if the weather turns! Wifi good. Beach towels also provide.

All things considered, the house is perfect in a great suceured setting, brilliant for families and couples, I would have given it 5 stars if they had the few things I've mentioned, but I would highly recommend staying there.
