About the Owner

We are the Le Coyte family with teenage children and have enjoyed twenty years of extended holidays in hotels and villas in the St Tropez area. Our connection with the area started when I myself was brought to the area in the early 60's, with my parents.

MiaBella villa, is a newly constructed contemporary Villa completed in August 14, on one of the last available building plots in the Var region. Previously, we owned a semidetached village house in La Croix Valmer but needed more space for a growing family and importantly, a pool. The St Tropez area is very beautiful, with fantastic beaches, something for everybody, from boating, walking, vineyards etc, etc.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended


800 metres, 10 minutes walking through private domaine and palm lined boulevard to the sandy Gigaro beach. Easy access to Sylvabelle, Debarquement and Cavalaire beaches, 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by car to the three mile sandy Plage De Pampelonne, with it's famous beach clubs such as Club 55, Tahiti, Les Jumeaux, Moorea and others. Not to mention walking the fantastic coastline line along the Sentier Littoral past Cap Lardier, Cap Taillet to L'Escalet beach.


Easyjet and BA flights to Nice, 1 and half hours from La Croix Valmer.

Alternative Airports Marseille and Toulon.


2 km to Village La Croix Valmer, has full timetable of Summer concerts and events/Les Nocturnes Croisiennes. Traditional French market on Sundays. 5 km to beautiful ancient hill top village of Ramatuelle. 14 km to St Tropez with all the Glitz and glamour. 3 km to Hilltop village of Gassin with 360 views of Golfe of St Tropez and Frejus in the distance. 14 km to beautiful medieval perched village of Grimaud with it's 11th century chateau ruins. La Garde Freinet in the Massif de Maures. etc.

Spar supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bank, ATM post office, clothes shops, tourist office,doctors, within 5 minutes driving distance, everything you might need in La Croix Valmer. Larger Supermarkets in Cavalaire, Cogolin and St Tropez, 10-15 minutes away.

Nearest hospital 10 minutes. Recently built Amphitheatre in centre of La Croix Valmer hosting evening entertainment throughout summer. Daily tourist trips to islands ofPorquerolles, Port Cros and Hyeres from Cavalaire.

While staying at MiaBella we have wonderful Forrest views and it is quiet on the private domaine of de la Valle. Within safe easy walking distance to the pine fringed beach, that look out towards the islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles.
