First and second floor apartment in the heart of this quaint seaside town only a stone's throw away from Award winning beach. Lovely sea views. The property boasts 2 large bedrooms; main bedroom has king size bed, en-suite bathroom, chest of draws and wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is a twin bedded room with an en-suite shower and toilet, built in wardbrobe and shelving area. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen/living room. Well equipped kitchen, free WIFI, DVD player, washing machine. There is no parking attached to the property as it is town centre based, however there is parking around the side streets and Broad Road long stay car park only 3 mins walk away. Notes on accommodation: Not suitable for disabled access. No smoking, no pets. There is no parking with the property but numerous car parks and areas within 200 yards. There is a loading bay outside the property where you can load and unload your car. No single sex groups over 3 people (i.e. stag/hen parties) Outside: No outside area and no parking. Utility Room: Washing machine is housed in under-stairs cupboard, as is ironing board, iron and clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included, the beds will be made up. Towels changed weekly if a two week booking. The property will be cleaned on change over day.

Spacious, tasteful, brilliantly positioned, very well equipped, extremely comfortable.

This is the third time we've stayed at Louise's flat; it's become a family tradition. My girls stay in the upstairs attic room and I have the spacious and comfortable room next to the living room/kitchen area, both en suites. In one minute you can walk to the beach, amusements/activities, shops, fish and chips. Award-winning baker below, Steam Railway 5 minutes away. Easy driven access to beautiful coastline and other attractions. Plenty of lovely places to eat out (pubs/restaurants/take aways), or well-equipped kitchen to cook just about anything. We feel very comfortable there and are always sorry to leave. Louise very helpful and flexible.

Smart and spacious town property

The general impression of this smart and well equipped property was of space and comfort. Myself and my friend enjoyed the location and were happy with the facilities.Absolutely ideal for anything in Swanage including the bars, cafes and the beach.Considering it was in the centre it was also a fairly quiet location.I would definitely like to return to this property in the relative near future.

Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment. Well kitted out. In a great location.

The apartment is above some shops - great for people watching - and you can easily see the curve of the beach and the sea. Perfect location for walking the Purbeck Way and Coastal Path. The apartment is comfortably furnished, warm and light. The kitchen is well equipped. Perfect for a long weekend. Would like to come back but not sure if my elderly mother would want to tackle the stairs again though - rather a lot of them. Otherwise, loved it!

Nice clean apartment

Second time I have used this apartment while visiting family in the area. It's clean and well presented and the location is great being right in the heart of swanage and seconds from the beach. The gas board managed to cut off the gas which was annoying but the owner was on the case and got some portable heaters.

Great stay in Swanage

The apartment was very well equipped and well maintained. Plenty of room especially as there were only the 2 of us but would be spacious enough for four or five. In an ideal position for the town and beach. Quite a few stairs to access the apartment so not ideal for the less mobile. We were able to park on the side streets for free but this was about 1/2 mile from the accommodation, however there is closer if you wish to pay. Swanage is a lovely town and within striking distance of many attractions.

Fantastic!

Fabulous apartment with plenty of room. Apartment is set on two floors, ideal for two couples or a family of four, with each bedroom having its own ensuite. Travel cot and high chair are also provided if needed too.

This apartment is set right in the heart of the town, with the beach and shops right on your doorstep. You will need to park in tne car park, which is only minutes away, but there is an unloading bay directly outside the flat. ( Check car parking prices online as they do increase in the summer months, and you need to factor in to your budget). This is standard for any rental property within the heart of the town.

The apartment has an openplan living-room and kitchen, which is ideal for entertaining evenings as you can all be together whilst ccooking/chatting.

The flat is immaculately clean and even better than the online pictures!

We went in March, so although not height of the season, it was still quite busy, but given it's central location, it was remarkably quiet in the flat, with good double glazing throughout, which helps.

There is a set of stairs (standard as in any house and not excessive ) so if you have mobility problems then be aware.

I would definitely recommend this apartment and can't wait to return to beautiful Swanage.
