This lovely apartment is situated in the foot hills of the Almijara mountains, out in the countryside on a ridge overlooking Frigiliana, Nerja, and Torrox. The views in all directions are stunning, It has it all, mountains, coast, towns and villages are probably some of the best in Spain. Twenty minutes from Nerja, ten from Frigiliana but within walking distance of a renowned restaurant and several Spanish bar restaurants.

Hi, my name is Beverley, I have lived here in Spain for 13 years. I love the peace and quiet of the mountains, and am only a short distance to Frigiliana, Nerja and Torrox.

I am lucky enough to have 360 degree views of both the mountains and the Mediterranean sea, plus all the neighbouring villages. I have found my paradise.

"Stunning views, peaceful environment, and warm welcome

A really lovely place, really friendly and welcoming owner and neighbours. Inspirational views. Ideal for people who love privacy and seclusion, whilst being only a short drive from Nerja. The hill on which the property is set is a touch intimidating, but a half decent car would see you right. We had an under-powered, heavy saloon, and still found it fine. I'd definitely go back.

"What a Fantastic Week!"This was my second stay at 'Casa Bonito' What a lovely property, we really enjoyed our 2 weeks here! Superb views, quiet yet only 10 mins from Frigiliana & 15mis to Nerja! The approach to the property may seem a little daunting at first, but after you have done it once or twice its not an issue at all.

Bev had left the property in immaculate order very clean & tidy & even the beach towels were laid out ready for us!

I would have no hesitation in recommending the property, its also very good value, offering the same amenities that properties twice the cost do!

"Wonderful quiet location with breathtaking views."

This was our second visit to Casa Bonito. We love the location and relaxing round the private pool. We hired a car and a motor bike and thoroughly enjoyed touring and exploring the area. It was very hot during our stay and was great to jump into the pool and cool down. The BBQ/dining area is excellent and the gardens surrounding the property are very pretty. There is a steep road up to the property but we had no problem accessing this road,there is an alternative route up from the other direction. The owner Bev is lovely and when my wife became ill and was admitted to hospital she was very helpful and allowed me to remain at the property until she was discharged. We adore the peace and quiet pace this property offers. Frigiliana is a short car drive away and has a number of restaurants/tourist shops and bars, the Fiesta is lovely. Nerja is approx 25 mins away and has a number of large supermarkets and plenty of places to eat and beaches to visit.

We had looked extensively at properties in the surrounding areas, but this property ticked all the boxes, and we fell in love with both the house and Frigiliana.

Further Details:

Alhambra is 1.25 hours drive but booking is essential. Malaga is approximately 45 minutes by car, or depending on bus 1-1.5 hours, with a very regular reliable service. There are plenty of museums, plus great shopping, with many bars and restaurants, worth a trip.

We enjoy the peace and tranquility of the house and gardens. The local goatherd often brings is herd past the house grazing his goats. There are 2 bars/restaurants within walking distance, offering both Spanish and international cuisine. Should you require any provisions on your arrival, we will be happy to do your shopping.
