Outside: The apartment is ground floor with small garden and the patio is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers and a luxury 2 seater patio settee and 2 chairs with a coffee table and a gas barbecue. The patio area enjoys the afternoon and evening sunshine with partial shade and superb views of the golf course and beyond. Just off the patio is a superb new wooden deck. Communal garden and adult and toddler pools are metres outside the property's garden. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bed linen included, this includes 4 beach towels. The apartment is professionally cleaned, freshly laundered and aired prior to guests arrival. This service is payable locally at €70 to key-holder

What a beautiful homely apartment this is. Equipped with so many extra to make for a perfect stay.

We have just got back from our holiday and what a great one it was. The apartment was lovely and furnished beautifully. There were so many extras in this apartment. Throws to protect sofa which is brilliant when you have children, beach towels which saves so much room in your luggage. The kitchen had everything you needed to cater at home and the gas bbq was great. We loved chilling out of an evening in the beautiful private decked garden and terrace.

The resort itself is lovely and so well maintained. There are a few restaurants in the town square an ice cream parlour and pub. There was also a Friday night market with music and lots going on although i think this is just in July and August. The atmosphere was lovely. There was also entertainment in the bar 'Pino's' on different evening, so you dont have to drive elsewhere if you dont want to. That said the apartment is a great bass if you do like to explore as there are lots of lovely places to visit without having to drive too far.

Lastly I would like to say that the owner of this apartment always responds to any questions or emails straight away and was very accommodating to our needs.

We definitely hope to be able to return next year.

Fantastic fun in the sun

The property was amazing with everything we needed. The pool was very clean and just a couple of steps from the veranda. Would recommend no problem.

Lovely well positioned property, a great base for a nice break

We stayed for 5 days in June. The property was lovely, in a great position near clubhouse and had pool right outside! Apartment contained everything you could need for a holiday and was beautifully clean and well maintained. Our only criticism would be that the outside metal gate was very difficult to open. The actual resort was obviously great if you are a golfer and the clubhouse was a nice friendly place with very helpful staff. There are several restaurants on site but when we were there only the Italian and the Irish bar were open which was a bit disappointing.

If you want to explore the area you need to hire a car as there are lots of lovely beaches including La Manga mud flats, a must do experience, within a 30 min drive. Murcia is also worth a visit to its magnificent cathedral and tree lined squares and tapas bars.

We would definitely return here

Well presented, immaculately clean, good location

Apartment was great, really nice and ideal for us as a family for 4 days . Short walk to bars and restaurants and pool just at end of garden. (Although kids under 12 must have adult present at all times). Local villages within 5-10 min drive for more restaurants/shops. Would def book again.

Ideal for all!!

Great apartment very well equipped and welcome pack was great as we didn't arrive until midnight, fridge was stocked with all essentials even beer/wine etc. Resort is quiet as bars and restaurants don't open until 7 o clock but nice golf club which is open from 9am until 7:30pm food is generally more expensive than out of the resort, fantastic Indian in Roldan town 'gateway to indian' had a takeaway from there twice. Pool literally 1 minute walk out of the garden and resort centre is a 2 minute walk. Pool never overcrowded and lovely and warm!! Onsite Spar supermarket is stocked well with lots of variety and reasonably priced. Wifi is great and even worked around the pool side. Will definitely be back.

The fabulous beaches of the Mar Menor are just a 15 minute drive away from the resort


The Resort is 15 minutes from Murcia Airport and 50 minutes from Alicante.

Use of a car is recommended but not essential.


The charming town of San Javier is a 10 minute drive from the resort with excellent shopping, restaurants and bars. The historic city of Murcia with its exquisite architecture is 20 minutes away and the beautiful city of Cartagena with its Old Town and modern Marina is 25 minutes by car.

Further Details:

The resort has an on-site Spar supermarket which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The main Town Centre of the resort boasts several excellent bars and restaurants as well as a Bank with ATM, Beauty Salon, Hair Dressers and Gym.
