The town and marina, with its many fine and traditional restaurants are within an easy 5 minute walk, as are the beaches of Moraira, with the beautiful bay of El Portet with its beach cafes and restaurants just on the doorstep. The villa is on one level, the layout is ideal for those families who enjoy their own space or for two families to holiday comfortably together.The villa stands in its own private grounds with a 8x4m swimming pool. Gardens and Terrace offer plenty of opportunity to relax in both sun and shade. For the sun lovers the upper sun terrace offers full sun and wonderful views of the sea and Moraira. This is a spacious, comfortable villa with lovely outdoor space and pool. The views from the top terrace are magnificent and perfect for that gin and tonic in the evening. Also making it a place to which a return visit is a must, is the wonderful care and attention given by Ray and Barry. The 'welcome' pack on arrival is an example of this. It is fabulous.
Excellent Villa with luxurious feel to it.
We had a great holiday in this luxury Villa, so much so that we did not want to leave it much during our stay. Plenty of living space with a good sized swimming pool, roof terrace , bbq area and comfortable sitting room for the evenings. Easy walk to the marina and restaurants of Moraira. Very well managed by the helpful Ray, who even recommended a very good local car hire company.
Perfect location !
This is a great villa just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful El Portet beach and 5 mins to nearest bars / restaurants. The villa was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Great evenings spent in the barbecue area which got the sun right up to atleast 9pm. Ray was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely return. !

Alicante airport is approx 90km. Valencia airport is approx 120km. Both airports are an easy drive along the AP-7 toll road. Moraira town and its beaches are all within easy walking distance of the villa, if you therefore do not wish to hire a car, taxis are available from both airports, costing from approximately 80 euros Alicante and 120 euros Valencia one way.
Moraira, is on the sunny Costa Blanca coast just one hour from both Alicante and Valencia airports. Its climate is one of the most equitable in the world (World Health Authority). Not having any large hotels or high rise buildings it has a refined and comfortable atmosphere. Moraira boasts three EEC Blue Flag beaches; a wide selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and a beautiful marina. Nearby the larger, busier towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe, each with marvellous beaches offer a host of activities. Benidorm is 30 minutes away for night life, beaches, the Terra Mitica Theme Park and the Aqualandia water park.

Outside: The villa is surrounded by a mature garden with 8x4m private swimming pool, the many terraces and sitting areas offer the chance to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the wonderful sea and marina views. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We provide all bed linen and internal towels, we ask guests to provide their own pool/beach towels, alternatively beach towels can be purchase at a very reasonable price from the local store / market. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided weekly. Other: There is also a seperate light and airy sitting room opening on to the terrace and over looking the pool where you can quitely read or listen to music from the music centre.
