This superb 4 bedrooms villa is located in a quiet and private development in Playa Blanca. This spacious 3 story villa has lovely views to the sea, the mountain and Fuerteventura; all the details in it have been studied to make it comfortable and unique, perfect for a holiday home; it is furnished to the highest standard. In the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall, a double garage, a large double bedroom and a bathroom. In the first floor, there is a hallway leading in one direction to one double and one twin bedroom and the family bathroom. In the other way we have a fully fitted modern kitchen, a lounge with a comfortable leather sofa and large plasma TV with satellite, leading off to the al fresco dining area with a big stone table and comfortable sits. Both living and dining areas have french doors opening onto a huge south facing terrace with a private pool all completed by very comfortable exterior furniture. On the upper floor, there is the master en-suite bedroom, with a lovely private terrace with magnificent sea views. The beautiful garden is surrounded by a high volcanic rock wall for privacy with terrace and garden area around the pool.

We stayed at the villa for a week in late March to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. The spacious accommodation was ideal for our extended family of 8 and although in a quiet location it is only a few minutes drive or a slow walk of 40 minutes into Playa Blanca.
On the birthday evening we dined at La Cocina De Colacho in Playa Blanca- although a bit expensive the food and service were first class.

We are just home from a week in Lanzarote and loved our stay here. The villa is very new and beautifully kept. Heated pool was very welcome in the winter and memory foam mattresses are a nice touch.
I would highly recommend this villa for larger families. In a quiet location but not too far from attractions.
No hassles with check in/out times, key is kept in a locked box and you’re given the code just before arrival.
I booked this villa for a holiday with my partner, both sets of parents and my brother.
The villa is split over 3 floors
Ground floor - large double bedroom en-suite with seating area/child's bed and the garage (great for storing bikes if you are cyclists like us) which also has a pool table in.
1st floor - (pool level) is the large living room, kitchen, dining area, 1 x double bedroom, 1x twin bedroom and family bathroom.
Top floor: double bedroom with en-suite and balcony.
(All double rooms were king size beds and were extremely comfortable)
The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay and is exactly as described although it is a little further inland than indicated on the map, it is right at the foot of Montana Roja, off of Calle Rusia (street name) if you look at Google maps. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and I would recommend a car, we have travelled to Lanzarote numerous times and driving is really easy and the roads are very quiet.
There are a small number of restaurants and 2 supermarkets approx. 800m walk at 'Faro Park'. However the main resort is a short drive away.
We would highly recommend Ristorante Italiano Luna Rossa which is located near to Natura Palace Hotel which is a 2 minute drive from the villa, we ate here 4 times during our stay!
We've visited Playa Blanca many times, staying in various hotels and villas. On this occasion we needed a larger property to enable our two eldest daughters to join us for part of the holiday.
The villa is located in an elevated position on an exclusive development at the foot of Montana Roja, to the East of Faro Park and at the foot of with views of the ocean.
Set across 3 floors, there are 4 good sized bedrooms, the lower and the upper ones being en-suite, with two more being on the middle floor and sharing a bathroom. Here there is also a good sized lounge, a very modern fully equipped kitchen including cooker/hob, American style micro and a substantial fridge freezer. Set aside from the kitchen is a separate dining room accommodating up to 8 people.
The whole villa is airy, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, so much so that we hardly noticed the absence of air-conditioning with ample fans being provided to help keep the rooms cool through the evening.
Outside, there is an undercover seating area and a very spacious garden with ample loungers for sun-bathing (Towels supplied). The pool is a good size and the water clean and warm, on top of which it was cleaned three times during our stay. There is a substantial purpose built BBQ area, with an adjacent outside seating area where we ate breakfast every morning.
Without in any way undermining its 5* rating, our youngest daughter would have appreciated some English speaking TV channels, not that the absence was a problem for her, as she quickly discovered that the wifi worked perfectly well!!!
There is a fair walk of 15 to 20 minutes to get to the coastal promenade that runs more or less from the lighthouse, past the H10 Rubicon, Playa Flamingo and Dorada beaches to the Rubicon Marina, so for us at least a car was a must have, but taxis are cheap and plentiful.
There are plenty of accessible restaurants nearby, with a good selection being on Faro Park (Don't be but off by the exterior). Try The Port of Call, Dal Travisano and the Lounge Bar, or next to the H10 Rubicon is Sebastian's, great service, lovely food and fantastic views, but book berfore hand.
In summary, the villa was pretty well perfect for us, the very few problems and requests that we had were dealt with extremely quickly by Alessandra and Eva (A very big thank you to you both). All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we have already booked for 2018, so I can't think of a better recommendation!
My family and i,six adults and two children stayed at the villa for one week at the beginning of August. we had a lovely time, the villa was of a high standard with everything you needed for a self-catering holiday. the villa was very clean and well maintained. The pool was well used by the children,in fact couldnt get them out. The location was a bit out of the town, but very quiet and private which suited us, with a good couple of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket near by. Thank you Eva for a lovely stay at your villa.
This is a stunning Villa set on the edge of the Playa Blanca resort in a very quiet location. It's about 3 miles from the centre of the resort and this means that it is very peaceful. The villa has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay - although if you are eating in, you'll need to start from scratch as there is no salt, pepper, oil, washing up liquid, soap powder etc and we did have to buy wash cloths to wipe down surfaces. We left quite a bit of that sort of stuff but I don't think they leave it for the next guest to use. The views from the balcony and terrace are terrific and to wake up every morning to that was an absolute dream. The furniture and bedding is all of very high quality - surprising for a rental place. There is very strong Wi-Fi and local and digital TV which provides you with many channels from across the world. Most of the interior is granite, marble or tile so it has a very plush feel to every room and it was perfectly clean when we arrived. The pool is cold, but this didn't deter us and it's lovely once you're in. Arrival arrangements were easy, Ava will provide you with a code for the key safe at the front door and the villa is very easy to find. We had four of us and didn't feel cramped at all, everything was perfect. We will definitely visit this place again.
Coast/Beach:
There are various beaches in Playa Blanca: Playa Dorada, Playa Flamingo, a little one in the centre of Playa Blanca and the famous Papagayo beaches. The villa is about 5 minutes drive to Playa Blanca center, where you can find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. For those who like walking, there is a lovely seafront promenade that runs along Playa Blanca's coast just few mintutes from the villa.
Travel:
Car hire is recommended especially for those who would like to visit the island. A taxi from the centre of Playa Blanca to the villa costs approximately 4-6 €. The airport is in Arrecife about 30 min drive, with taxi it cost approximately 40€.
Playa Blanca is also well serviced by Taxis and there is a regular local bus service nearby that runs every 30 mins.
Distances:
The villa is about 5 min drives to Playa Blanca center, 15 min to El Golfo, 20 min to Puerto Calero, 25 min to Puerto del Carmen, 30 min to Arrecife. Within 10/15 min walk or 2 min drive, there are few bars, restaurant, a bakery and 2 little supermarkets.

Notes on prices:
The price is based on up to 6 people sharing, for more people (up to 10) please add £70 per person per week. Children under 2 years stay free. A cot and highchair can be provided.
