This fully refurbished ground floor apartment is situated in a quiet apartment complex in the Gotmar area of Puerto Pollensa, 2 minutes from the beautiful Tamarells beach, and with shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk away. The town centre can be easily reached along the lovely beachfront promenade - only a 10 minute stroll. The apartment is light, airy and fully modernised. It offers lovely views across to the mountains of Formentor. Perfect for a family holiday the accommodation is divided into 3 bedrooms - 2 twin and 1 double, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), very spacious living / kitchen area and outside terrace leading out from the living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, there is English satellite television and wifi.

Superb location.

Fantasic location, quiet but still close to everything. Juan Antonio did take care of everything from initial request till we left the apartment. Clean and nice, both inside and outside. Will come back again

Coast/Beach:

Two minutes walk to the nearest beach. This is the main Puerto Pollensa beach which stretches for several kilometres. It is a very wide sandy beach, with some beach bars, sun loungers and parasols to rent and some water activities such as pedaloes. The smaller beach of the Pine Walk is a 10/15 minute walk from the apartment.

Travel:

Palma airport. 50 minutes drive.

Car hire is not essential as everywhere is within walking distance but obviously recommended if you want to explore the island.

Distances:

1 km to centre of Puerto Pollensa.

5 km to Pollensa.

5 km to Alcudia.

7 km to Cala San Vicente.

9 km to Formentor.

Further Details:

50 m from the apartment are a few shops and supermarket.

Along the seafront, 2 mins walk away, you can find many more shops and restaurants. Another popular place is the lovely square of Puerto Pollensa with lots of lovely restaurants (10 mins walk).

The larger supermarkets are 5/10 mins walk or 2 mins drive away.

There are several beach bars and restaurants 2 mins away on the main Puerto Pollensa beach.
