This 2 bedroomed chalet is on a well maintained, quiet site with no clubhouse or other communal facilities. The property was fully modernised in 2014 and now offers a warm, well equipped base for a seaside holiday. Mundesley has its own great beaches, whilst Cromer and Sheringham are just up the coast. You can also drive or use public transport to explore the many other delights that North Norfolk has to offer.

Relaxing and enjoyable break guaranteed.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure and privilege of staying at this chalet in Mundesley. I hope to keep on coming back! The chalet is fabulous. Absolutely spotlessly clean and with all the up-to-the-minute facilities including wifi, to ensure a perfect holiday. The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble should you need any help or advice about local attractions. The chalet park is reminiscent of times gone by when children could still play outside happily with their friends for example.

Mundesley village itself is a gem. It seems almost to have been frozen in time, encouraging you to enjoy the simple pleasures of sand, sea and country or coastal walks and to live life at a slower pace. There is an abundance of friendly cafes and pubs with a range of food choices to suit most tastes. There are enough individual shops to fulfil your every need without having to venture beyond the peace of the village. The beech cafe and The Ship Inn are local hi-lights. Further afield The Gunton Arms and The Vernon Arms are highly recommended.

Wonderful relaxing stay

The chalet is beautifully decorated, modern, spacious and has everything you need. Ideal for families and just a 10 minute walk from a beautiful clean sandy beach. Mundesley is a pretty little village, with pubs, eateries and and attractions for the kids, including a crazy golf course (although obviously shut during the cold winter months). For a nice pint or two we would recommend The Ship, which also serves tasty meals. If you fancy venturing out of the village, Cromer is only a 20 minute drive and offers independent shops & great fish & chips! If it is the right time of year we also recommend a trip to Horsey beach to see the seals & pups :)

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Norwich at 20 Miles Nearest Golf : Mundesley at 0.25 Miles Nearest Train : North Walsham at 4.5 Miles Nearest Beach : Mundesley at 0.5 Miles


Mundesley Beach is a 10 minute walk fro the chalet. It was awarded a Blue Flag in 2015 and is a sandy beach with a short promenade and beach huts. Some of the beach huts are available for hire during the summer.


The nearest Railway Station is North Walsham (5 miles).

There is a bus service to Cromer, Sheringham, Holt and North Walsham, where connections can be made to other Norfolk towns.


Cromer is 8 miles and Sheringham 12 miles.

Holt is 15 miles and Holkham Beach 25 miles.

The National Trust Properties, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall, are both within 15 miles.

Further Details:

Mundesley has a good range of local shops (including a post office) and these are within a 5 to 10 minute walk. There are large supermarkets and banks at North Walsham and Cromer.

Mundesley has a pub which serves excellent meals, plus two hotels with restaurants. There are also 4 cafes which provide a range of food and drinks.
