"Beyaz Meskin' (White Home) is a bright and very spacious two bedroom first floor apartment with beautiful views over the communal pools and sun terraces, and out over Kalamar Bay to the Islands beyond. Fully equipped with everything you should need for your perfect holiday, including Free Wifi internet access. The pools and communal areas are cleaned and maintained daily. Yelken is a complex of 19 apartments, only a very small number of these are available as holiday rentals, most being retained by owners for their private use. This means the pool areas and gardens are peaceful and private.

I am sorry I haven't contacted you sooner. We had the most amazing holiday in Kalkan at your apartment. I did want to write our thanks in your guest book but unfortunately had no pen as we were leaving!

The apartment couldn't have been better, well equipped, in a great location with fabulous views! We never had any trouble finding free sun beds and met some great couples too.

I think it was my 6th or 7th time to Kalkan so I would definitely recommend your apartment to others and hopefully we will be back again in the future, if you will have us!

I must mention Yildiz 3 - we've been on a few boat trips over the years and this one is definitely our favourite. The captain, Adem, and his family are so welcoming and friendly. Not to mention how amazing the food is!

Great location with superb pool

My wife and I have been coming to Kalkan for the last 7 years with our two children and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in . The interior is newly furnished with an ultra comfy bed and nice finishing touches with white company lamps, rugs and linen. The balcony has a lovely aspect looking over the kalamr bay and the apartment is close to 3 excellent local restaurant if you wish to take a break from the harbour restaurants. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of kalkan old town to be chillaxing but not so far as to be a problem when you wish to venture into the old town. Great pool and highly recommended . Will be returning .

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Dalaman International Airport at 120 Kilometres

Special interest holidays:

Kalkan is ideal for all types of water activities. The Bay has a Blue Flag Award for cleanliness and is ideal for a PADI diving course or learning to sail or water ski. Keen walkers & hikers can explore parts of the ancient Lycian Way which passes directly through the town. On Patara Beach are early morning horse ridding sessions and in the summer Yoga classes are available on the sea front at Villa Mahal. Kalkan will inspire any photographer or painter with numerous photo and painting opportunities so don't forget to bring your camera and brushes. Turkish cooking classes are usually available through Guru's restaurant along with wine tasting evenings.


Kalkan town has a pebble beach (light footwear recommended) and is about 15 min walk away. There are a number of beach clubs in the area, the nearest being Kalamar Beach club, an easy walk, or use the free pick up service. Other beach clubs can be reached by walking from town or using their free water taxi. Nearest sandy beaches are Kaputas (15min drive), and Patara (20 min drive).


Dalaman is the nearest airport, one and a half hour transfer time. Next nearest is Antalya, three hours drive. We can help with names and numbers of local company’s if you require airport transfers.


The apartment is a 3 minute drive into town, or 5 min by local Dolmus/bus. The next nearest town to Kalkan is Kas, a 27km / 30 min drive away. Kas is worth visiting just for the stunning scenery on the coastal road. The nearest large town is Fethiye a 50 minute drive away with its bustling market, harbour and fish restaurants. Many historical sites are within a 45 minute drive of Kalkan including Xanthos, Tlos, and Pinara.

There are cafés (Cafe Vita and Cafe Aqua), and small supermarkets (Yali and Can Can) close by. On the walk into town you will pass a number of other small cafes and supermarkets. Kalkan town has over 200 restaurants and cafes with many different styles and prices. We are well serviced with Banks, ATM’s and supermarkets, where you will find most things you may need. The local weekly market is held on a Thursday, and, I think, well worth a visit. The Old Town is a step back in time with its cobbled streets curtained with bougainvillea leading down to the harbor.
