Welcoming, cosy cottage in the midst of Lossiemouth. Beautiful furnishings and surroundings. Renovated to a high standard including private garden, BBQ with outdoor seating area. Once a fisherman's cottage and now a fantastic holiday retreat, this home from home accommodation offers excellent opportunities to explore the Moray Firth. Very close to the sea, and seconds to walk for excellent local services. There are local hotels/pubs to visit for a drink or food. Golfers are well catered for with two 18 hole courses within a 10 minute walk, two 9 hole courses within a 10 minute drive and a further five 18 hole courses within a 30 minute drive. Within a 7 mile distance you can visit the city of Elgin with its fabulous cathedral, shops and restaurants. Or just simply walk along the miles of unspoilt beaches the area has to offer. Then finally after a hard day why not relax in the sitting room of this property by lighting the log burning stove.

Why Wendy Malone chose Moray

It is very quite and secluded, yet in the midst of Lossiemouth near all the amenities. No need to use your car if you want to go out for a meal etc. Just a couple of minutes walk to East Beach, lovely coastal walks or you can just sit and look over the Moray Firth and enjoy one of Mieles scrumptious ice creams. Enjoy.

Beautifully furnished and looked after property, right on the east beach (and near the ice cream parlours) perfect. Our little boy doesn't want to leave!

outstanding hoilday let

This was a very last minute booking and involved an extremely long drive up,the owner, Wendy, even went to the trouble on this occasion greeting us with the keys as we arrived which I have to say was very much appreciated and gave us an information pack too.

We felt really lucky to have found Sea Town Beach House, it had everything we wanted and the whole ground floor cottage was to such an extremely high standard, and after such a long journey we found that there was a very welcome gesture,an unbelievable welcome pack of bread,butter,eggs,ham,milk,tea and coffee at hand to save unpacking your own at first.

We felt at home as soon as we walked in, it had such comfortable sofas and beds, the kitchen was more than adequate, there is a wood burner that was so good if the weather is cooler and heating was included in such a reasonable price , we couldn’t find any fault and it was just perfect for us.

With Parking close too it was such a bonus, a wonderful surprise were super tea shops and other local shops too, and no need to use the car if you want a meal locally as there’s a restaurant next door, would highly recommend a stay here to anyone and we will most certainly will be back to this super accommodation, it was such fantastic value for money we will be returning again back to Sea Town Beach House in a super location.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit bequemem, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer. Die einzige kleine Unanehmlichkeit ist der Essplatz, der strategisch ungünstig den Durchgang zum Badezimmer blockiert. Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht und alles sehr wohnlich.
