Notes on accommodation: A cot and high chair can be provided if required. Outside: There is an ample terrace. With a BBQ, table and chairs, a pull out sunshade. Not to mention the stunning views of the med and gardens. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen is provided. Bath towels are provided and also a beach towel per person. An interim clean can be arranged or a change of linen at an extra cost

Great location and well equipped flat

The location was perfect for us. Close to the beach and the restaurants and shops. The flat was great and well equipped. It was great knowing Loli was around should we need her. We almost had sole use of the pool mosts days as we went before the English holidays started so it was like having our own private pool. Great resort very quiet which was excactly what we were looking for. Fiona Edinburgh

Very nice

Nice apartment, lovely complex. Quiet location, well kept grounds and pools. Safe and secure. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and bars.

This is a great modern apartment nicely furnished with lovely swimming pools it's located in a excellent place near the beach shops and restaurants.

We as a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children aged 15 and 13 spent 10 days at this beautiful apartment last year . We had a wonderful holiday.

The apartment catered for our every need. On second floor so we could sit out on the balcony watching our children swim in the large pool of which there were 3 large and 3 smaller children's pools to choose from.

There is also a tennis court available to guests if they wish to play.

The resort of Mojacar is perfect for families, younger couples and older couples with various restaurant's , bars and clubs to suit any needs.

We ate out every evening as the food was very reasonably priced and of a high standard.

Breakfast and lunchtime's we used the small convenience store located about a 5 minute walk down the road for fresh bread, fruit and anything else we required.

We didn't hire a car so walked every eve down to the main strip again a 5 minute walk .

I cant actually think of any negatives to this apartment . It really was perfect.

Prices are in pounds and vary from £210 to £480 per week.
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
Full payment (80%) to be received 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings can be cancelled, 41-30 days prior arrival incurs 50% charge of total. Cancellations less than 29 days incur 100% charge.
£200 breakages deposit which is refunded in full after via bank transfer.
The property is a non smoking apartment proper disposal of cigarette butts is essential on the terrace.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is flexible but within reason. Arrival and Departure times are out at 11am and in at 3.30pm although these are flexible if it is not a same day change over, we will try and accommodate your needs. Please contact me for further details.
