Notes on accommodation: This is a typical Spanish villa with lovely mature gardens, perfect for a family or group of friends. It is a short walk to lots of amenities and public transport, so a car is NOT necessary. There is a large swimming pool with spacious sun terrace and sunbeds surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean pines and exotic flowers. For dining and lounging a paved terrace shaded with wisteria by the pool provides a lovely cool area. A short shady walk from the villa under the pine trees takes you to my favourite beach Cala Pada. There you will find fun for all the family or simple relaxation. You can walk South along the coast 2kms to Santa Eulalia or North to the resort of Niki Beach, Sargamassa Sport centre or Es Cana. In between the lovely beaches of Nui Blau, Cala Martina and Bora Bora. Going inland (3 mins walk) you will find Spanish and International restaurants, bars, shops and public transport. On the way to Santa Eulalia (10mins walk): bars, restaurants and supermarket. Outside: This large gated garden leads off a quiet country road and into the private parking area behind the house. There is a beautiful assortment of tall mature trees which offer plenty of shade around the 1,500m2 of gardens and pool area. The pool is approx 12m by 12m, which is huge. I has wide steps on 2 sides so ideal for lounging around in the water. There are ample sunbeds to relax on and tropical flowers sprinkled around the pool. There is an ornamental fountain at the far end of the pool. On the terrace near the house there is a table chairs and sunshade. To the right of the house there is a large terrace semi covered in blossoming wisteria, perfectly relaxing and easy proximity to the kitchen for dining with table and chairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned 1 per week on a Saturday, with a change of linen and towels

The villa was rundown, unmaintained, unkempt and unclean. We were glad to leave. Even considered walking out and booking in a hotel. This is along side sharing a border with a sports holiday complex. The noise was all day repetitive, monotonous and annoying. We will be asking the owner for a full refund.

We all loved the villa’s quirky charm and homely feel. We were more than happy with as we wanted space to relax and hang out with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. The price reflected this fairly. The villa was clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything was walking distance; beach, restaurants, cafes & supermarket, Es Canar and Santa Eularia. Marianne and her partner were on hand to assist and answer our questions and made our stay as easy as possible. We had a thoroughly lovely week in Ibiza In the villa and surrounding location!’’

Amazing villa..

Marianne was an amazing host, so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is fab and in a great location in Ibiza, we would definitely recommend it, however there were a few issues re water and the shower turning hot then cold which Marianne is aware of..

Lovley villa with a lot of soul

Nice and homelike. A large and wonderfull pool in a great garden. We were seven people, Grandparents in a smaller bedroom with a toilet next to the room. We, me and my husband had a larger room with a toilet and shower next to the room. Our three grown up boys had a big room upstairs with toilet and shower. And a large balkony. Fully equiped kithcen. And a livingroom that we didn't use. We ate all our meals in the garden. Marianne took god care if us when we came and is a realy god person with lot of information if you want.

Amazing villa in paradise

We arrived late ear,y hours of the morning as agreed access was straight forward our first impression was amazing. The pool lit up and villa very spacious. In the morning we were greeted with a fridge full of basic essentials -Marianne Called to ensure all was ok and popp d in to give us a run down of the area and general info. She was lovely and left her number should we need anything. The villa inside is lovely quite traditional with some modern quirks although slightly scattered accommodation for a family but ideal for couples. The outside area which quite honestly is where we spent all our time is amazing the pool is just heaven. I read reviews and think yeah they got a family member or mate to write this but honestly I really recommend this villa. It's a five min walk to lovely little beach n supermarket/restaurants. There's a bus stop to Santa Eularia or Es Cana at end of the road and they come frequently although taxis are very cheap. You must visit Ibiza town, very cosmopolitan. We have visited Ibiza 7 times and I would definitely go back to this beautiful beach house. Angie from Watford Herts x

Beautiful villa in a perfect location

A beautiful villa with a large garden, a stunning pool and perfect location to beach, local restaurants and bus stop for getting into Es Cana, Santa eulalia and Ibiza town.

I travelled with my 1 year old daughter and the owner was very kind with supplying travel

Cot and high chair. Bella was very attentive and when items such as the toaster did not work, she replaced within 24 hours.

The only reason the villa did not receive 5* was due to the fact that the inside is very old fashioned and not as luxurious, light and modern as some villas that we have stayed in before. HOwever this did not spoil our holiday, the many books and paintings that clutter the villa ended up becoming a talking point.

One word of warning though, which was the only problem with the villa, please be careful of the water pressure in the main bathroom as it has intermittent jets of cold, then scalding hot water. The owner was notified so hoping this has been corrected for next guests.

What makes this villa unique

Shops, restaurants, bars, beaches all really easy to walk to. Taxis and buses close by too. At the same time peaecful as in the country and close to the beach.

Basically a fabulous location at a reasonably affordable price!

The villa is just what we wanted for our group as there is plenty of space and the rooms are nicely spread out. In the best location I could think of near the beaches and restaurants. There is plenty of lovely garden, a nice big beautiful pool and lots of home comforts. We will definitely be coming back.
