Gourgeous Victorian family house with balcony and lovely sea views. Ideally located within 5 minutes walk of the gorgeous blue flag Porthmeor Beach and under a ten minute walk to St Ives beautiful harbour. The house is fully equipped for families of all ages and has parking for three cars. There is plenty of entertainment in the house including free complimentary WiFi, a Wii console, a selection of DVD’s and a large selection of games, books and beach toys. St Ives has won many awards for its blue flag beaches and town and we can advise you of the many things there are to do

About Vanessa Dain

We are a local St Ives family who moved here from Tunbridge wells as we fell in love with the town after holidaying here for many years. Myself my husband and 10 year old twins love the opportunities that living by the sea can offer such as sailing, surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding.

Why Vanessa Dain chose St Ives area

We moved to St Ives after holidaying here ourselves since we were young and felt it was the perfect place to bring up our twins. We hardly use our car as everything in St Ives is within walking distance of the house. It’s a very special place, and the Cornish people are lovely friendly and relaxed.

What makes this house unique

Our property is perfectly located with convenient access to the beaches, shops and restaurants of St Ives. The property also has a driveway for 3 cars which allows you to come and go at your leisure to the many Cornish tourist attractions if you fancy a day out.

We have equipped the home with many extras to keep the adults and children amused such as DVD's, games, books, beach toys, boogie boards, Wii console, WiFi, 2 x 42" Smart TV's downstairs and 2 X TV's in the double and King bedroom, and DVD players. If you have little ones in your group we also have a travel cot and a travel high chair that attaches to a normal chair.

Very enjoyable stay

From the moment we arrived we felt at home, a selection of local goodies were waiting for us on arrival, even some for the dog. A good informative pack on the house and area. Large extended 3 story town house with nice furniture and modern decor, very comfortable house. Lovely views especially from the two large double bedrooms. Balcony nice for late afternoon evening sun and drink. Plenty in the house to entertain all ages. Walk times on description genuine and that's with a 1 & 70 year old. Very pleasant and helpful owner. Would stay again if returning to St Ives.

We take a deposit of a third of the rental cost at time of booking and the balance is due 2 months before the start of your holiday.
There is also a refundable breakages deposit of £100 which is due at the same time as the balance of the holiday, this will be refunded at the end of the holiday less the cost of any breakages.
