This spacious apartment is in a superb location. You can relax within the 3.5 acre privately owned gated complex with 3 swimming pools and landscaped gardens or you can take a short 2 minute stroll to a variety of restaurants, bars and shops, and a further 3 minutes from the beach.

The apartment has two bedrooms, spacious lounge and two balconies. The large well lit 7m private balcony at the front overlooks the pool and has a Table and chairs, is West facing and is ideal for sitting out in the afternoon / evening where the rays of the sun will keep you warm, whilst you discuss the matters of the moment and set right the wrongs of the world. It can be accessed from the Lounge or from the Master bedroom.

There are Mosquito nets on doors and windows to keep out unwanted guests, and an Invertor will ensure that you have light, fans and TV even during power cuts when they occur.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this apartment. Fourth stay in Goa and third time at Regal Park, but first time in this apartment. It is the best apartment in the whole complex. Fourth stay in Goa and third time at Regal Park, but first time in this apartment and by far the best. Just to have the wonderful cooling air conditioning in both bedrooms - huge bonus at this time of year. Colin & Shaila very accommodating & helpful, and a lovely couple to know. Maid, pool staff, gardeners, security all lovely friendly people, always smiling - a joy to see every day, and they work so hard.



Regal Park is a calming oasis after the chaos that is Goa. Will be back again.

This is our 5th visit to Goa and yet another fantastic holiday. Our first time at Regal Park and what a fabulous apartment. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in every way. The whole complex is stunning, safe, clean. The people are very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Candolim now that we have found Regal Park.

Goa is the ideal destination for those wishing for sunshine with 12 hours of sunshine, virtually no rain (in High season) and temperatures above 30°C. Goa has some of the most idyllic beaches providing as much or as little activity as you want. Night life includes late night discos, beach shacks, bars and a variety of restaurants.

Nearest Airport : Dabolim (GOI) at 60 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 200 Metres Nearest Restaurant : at 400 Metres Nearest Beach : Candolim at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Situated just 5 minutes walk from the beach and with numerous stalls, shops, restaurants & bars on the way, including a large supermarket within 2 minutes walk, you can have as relaxing or energetic a time as you want.

Travel:

Dabolim airport is 41km South

Further Details:

No smoking in the apartments apart from Balconies. Not suitable for under 5's.

Candolim is in the centre of Goa, just 12km from Panjim and 16km from Mapusa. The village itself has plenty of daytime and night time activities, and you will be located just 2 minutes walk from the main strip. The beach at Candolim is relatively quiet and relaxing, with the busier beaches a short trip away. Dolphins can sometimes be seen from the beach and there are also various organised boat trips including dolphin watching.

Outside: Unlike many other complexes in the surrounding area, this is not a high density development, so you can relax within the complex, by the pool or on the private balcony. The private gated complex is set within landscaped gardens and has 24/7 Security. There are three large Swimming pools (nearest of which is just 10m away). Sunbeds, tables & chairs are available by the pool together with poolside showers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen & Towels are provided. Cleaning service twice weekly is included in the rate. Other: A large 7m balcony at the front has a Table and chairs. A second balcony at the rear is accessed via the 2nd Bedroom Internet is subject to availability and circumstances beyond our control.
