It is located in the Boquer region. 500 hundred metres away you will find the iconic Pine Walk and the beautifully maintained sandy beach. The centre of the port, where you will come across an extremely diverse selection of fine restaurants, bars, and shops, is just a 5 minute walk away.

The apartment has three generous bedrooms. The master, with en-suite, enjoys direct access to the sea facing balcony. A double/twin, with rear balcony and another double/twin with rear balcony. There is also a full family bathroom. The beautifully appointed kitchen and internal dining area are in a good sized open plan format with the lounge. From the lounge you access the sea facing balcony. These lovely apartments are part of the exclusive Bergantin development of just 21 apartments.

They all have three bedrooms, sleeping 6 people in total. This is made up of one double bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. Each bedroom has outside access .

There is a lovely open plan fully equipped designer kitchen with dining area and lounge, which leads out onto the balcony.

There is a shared swimming pool and garden area.

Booking Notes:
To book, I require a 25% deposit, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday.
I also take £150 security deposit, which is returned after the cleaner has checked the apartment and the keys have been received back.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible.
Check in is 3pm and check out at 10am.
I always try to be flexible when possible, so please ask if you have any special requests.

Notes on accommodation: There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double with an ensuite. There are a further two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need on holiday! There is a spacious living and dining area with TV/DVD, free wifi and there is also air conditioning throughout. There is a balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and out to the bay. Travel cots and high chairs are available. There is ample free parking. Outside: The balcony has a table and chairs for outside dining. There is a shared swimming pool with sun loungers. There is also a shared garden

Very Disappointing

We paid the balance for our holiday in April for June. At no time were we informed that a massive building project was taking place directly opposite the apartment. This was not a minor building work but was for multiple multi storey apartments .

From Monday to Friday 7.30 to 6pm men were on site creating dust dirt and noise. This meant no privacy and it made the use of balcony impossible.

Two huge cranes loomed near to the garden and the pool. This work was still taking place when we left on the 13th June.

We found the amenities in the flat disappointing, The washing machine sited on the rear balcony was rusty and deposited oil residues on our clothes when used.

Instruction for equipment rarely matched the items themselves. We had to request oven gloves and chopping board , basic items , from the cleaning company. The cleanliness was good .

We found it to be an arid apartment with no appliances switched on when we arrived and not even a bottle of water in the fridge.

Sadly it coloured our experience of Majorca and we felt as if we needed another holiday when we returned home.

Biking is very popular on the island and there are several bike hire shops

Coast/Beach:

The sandy beaches in Puerto Pollensa are very popular for families with children. The beach is about 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment.

Travel:

The airport on the island is in Palma and is about a 40-45 minutes drive from the apartment. Cars are easy to hire, but if that is not your thing, there is also the Resort Hoppa bus which is an easy alternative to get to the Port.

Distances:

The popular Pine Walk is a 2-3 minute walk and the town square a relaxed 10 minute stroll.

There are plenty of good bars, cafés and restaurants in and around the Port - you are spoilt for choice.

There are several supermarkets and smaller shops too for supplies.

The old town of Pollensa is about 15 minute drive too, which is well worth a visit, especially on a Sunday morning, as that is market day. Wednesday is market day in Puerto Pollensa.
