There is a lovely open plan fully equipped designer kitchen with dining area and lounge, which leads out onto the balcony.

There is a shared swimming pool and garden area.

Booking Notes:
To book, I require a 25% deposit, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday.
I also take £150 security deposit, which is returned after the cleaner has checked the apartment and the keys have been received back.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible.
Check in is 3pm and check out at 10am.
I always try to be flexible when possible, so please ask if you have any special requests.

Nearest Airport : Palma Airport at 43 Miles Nearest Ferry : Alcudia at 12 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Pine Walk at 500 Metres Car: not necessary

Biking is very popular on the island and there are several bike hire shops

Coast/Beach:

The sandy beaches in Puerto Pollensa are very popular for families with children. The beach is about 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment.

Travel:

The airport on the island is in Palma and is about a 40-45 minutes drive from the apartment. Cars are easy to hire, but if that is not your thing, there is also the Resort Hoppa bus which is an easy alternative to get to the Port.

Distances:

The popular Pine Walk is a 2-3 minute walk and the town square a relaxed 10 minute stroll.

There are plenty of good bars, cafés and restaurants in and around the Port - you are spoilt for choice.

There are several supermarkets and smaller shops too for supplies.

The old town of Pollensa is about 15 minute drive too, which is well worth a visit, especially on a Sunday morning, as that is market day. Wednesday is market day in Puerto Pollensa.
