"Super" Penthouse Apartment


This “super” penthouse apartment is in the privately owned Bergantin development, and is one of only 21 apartments located in the Boquer region. 500 hundred metres from the iconic Pine Walk and the sandy beach. The centre of the port is just a 10 minute stroll away, where you will come across an extremely diverse selection of fine restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.

The designer kitchen and internal dining area are in a spacious open plan format with the lounge. From the lounge you access, via twin patio doors, one of the two sea facing balconies. From the side of the lounge, you can access the second, even larger balcony/terrace area, which is furnished with dining table and chairs, lounge seating, barbeque and sunbeds. A private stairway, leads you to the huge private roof terrace. The apartment has full air/reverse air conditioning throughout, satellite TV and free wi-fi and has just recently been refurbished.

These lovely apartments are part of the exclusive Bergantin development of just 21 apartments.

They all have three bedrooms, sleeping 6 people in total. This is made up of one double bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. Each bedroom has outside access .

There is a lovely open plan fully equipped designer kitchen with dining area and lounge, which leads out onto the balcony.

There is a shared swimming pool and garden area.

To book, I require a 25% deposit, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday.
I also take £150 security deposit, which is returned after the cleaner has checked the apartment and the keys have been received back.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible.
Check in is 3pm and check out at 10am.

Amazing superb apartment - faultless

This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in, very large, very comfortable, excellent facilities, balconies off every bedroom plus a large terrace and a roof terrace.

You could not ask for more!

The pool area is lovely, some of the english seem to save the sunbeds but it was only a problem for a couple of days and generally there are plenty of beds available.

Only a short walk to the beach and shops this was my 3rd visit to Puerto Pollensa and I will now always return to these apartments.

Mick offers a very good service and is always available for any questions. The apartments are well looked after and all the grounds kept well.

I would totally recommend this apartment and the resort - it's lovely.

Can not wait to return

Fantastic apartment as good the pictures

Stunning apartment situated in a quiet location but still close to the Pine walk beach, town centre and restaurants. Great views from the roof terrace. Having stayed in Pollensa many times over 25 years this has to be the best accommodation we have ever had. My wife is recovering from a broken ankle and the lift serving the apartment was most useful. Very large pool with plenty of pool toys for the kids. Key collection well organised if out of hours and the office staff are most helpful. Good standard of furniture and whole complex kept clean and tidy. The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival and put himself out to assist with the booking, which was at short notice. Thanks for a lovely holiday we will book again.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Palma Airport at 43 Miles Nearest Ferry : Alcudia at 12 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Pine Walk at 500 Metres Car: not necessary

Biking is very popular on the island and there are several bike hire shops


The sandy beaches in Puerto Pollensa are very popular for families with children. The beach is about 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment.


The airport on the island is in Palma and is about a 40-45 minutes drive from the apartment. Cars are easy to hire, but if that is not your thing, there is also the Resort Hoppa bus which is an easy alternative to get to the Port.


The popular Pine Walk is a 2-3 minute walk and the town square a relaxed 10 minute stroll.

There are plenty of good bars, cafés and restaurants in and around the Port - you are spoilt for choice.

There are several supermarkets and smaller shops too for supplies.

The old town of Pollensa is about 15 minute drive too, which is well worth a visit, especially on a Sunday morning, as that is market day. Wednesday is market day in Puerto Pollensa.

  • Notes on accommodation: There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double with an ensuite. There are a further two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite, plus a third family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need on holiday! There is a spacious living and dining area with TV/DVD, free wifi and there is also air conditioning throughout. There is a balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and out to the bay. Travel cots and high chairs are available. There is ample free parking. Outside: The balcony has a table and chairs for outside dining. There is a shared swimming pool with sun loungers. There is also a shared garden
