This superb newly built finca is located in a quiet rural area, only 2 km away from the Port and 5km's from the historic old town of Pollensa. This is an ideal location for walking and cycling on the backroads with picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. The golf course and Son Brull spa are within a short drive as is the beautiful beach at Cala San Vincente. This very comfortable finca offers lots of space for everybody. The outdoor terraces comprise two dining areas, BBQ and a lounge area ideal for watching the sunset. There is an infinity pool with large sunbathing deck and specially designed "chill out" area. The accommodation is all on one level with all rooms and bedrooms having direct access to the terraces and beautifully landscaped gardens. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table area and lounge with two sofas, TV, satellite, DVD. There is a separate laundry room.

Superb Villa In Puerto Pollensa

The villa is even better than the photographs. Both the interior and exterior are top class. As a family we have been on villa holidays around Europe for twenty years and this is by far the best villa we have stayed at. Can Seran feels like a beautiful home rather than a holiday villa. It is very clean and well equipped throughout. The villa is really well located on a quiet lane, an easy 10 minute cycle from the port and a beautiful 25 minute countryside ride to the old town. I would recommend hiring a car so that you can experience some more of this lovely island. The owners were very easy and straight forward to deal with as was the housekeeper.

We were a family of 5 with 3 children aged 23, 25 & 27 from England staying for 2 weeks.

Excellent

Excellent villa in nice and quiet location. We spent a fantastic week in this lovely and tastefully furnished finca. Everything was perfect from greetings by a property manager to begin with until our departure!

We arrived late evening, but the property was easy to find! Shops and restaurants as well as the beach in Puerto Pollensa are 2 km away, we were able to walk in 25-30 min. We would however recommend a car to explore all the beautiful neighborhoods - charming old town of Pollensa, cliffs of Formentor with its famous light house, excellent vineyards of Mortitx and much more! We will definitely be back!

A Genuine Ballearic Chillout

We stayed at this house for a week in June. The house is as good as it looks on the pictures! Not photoshopped. Whilst it retains the traditional Mallorcan style it is all new throughout and designed to the highest standard with all the modern life amenities that one needs. A great retreat in a quiet and picturesque surroundings. All necessities are a stone's throw away including shops, bars and restaurants or if you fancy boat rides there is a marina in Port de Polenca where you can charter one and enjoy the magnificent bays and beaches inaccessible from land. Strongly recommend this house to families with kids or groups of friends.

Fantastic

We stayed at this house for one week in August last year as a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids) and it is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. Chilling out at the house is very tempting yet various great beaches are within immediate reach. The house is very well appointed and tastefully finished and furnished and it is therefore very tempting just to chill out around the pool for a day and take in the scenic landscape. City life just a couple of minutes around the corner in Pollenca and beaches just a couple of minutes around the other corner in Puerto Pollenca (5 min bicycle ride). Great for adults to relax and unwind and great for families. Highly recommendable. Mike

The villa is located 57km from Palma International Airport. By taxi the cost is approx 85 EUR however there are many other transfer options including a shuttle bus and public bus.
