Binissafúller itself is a well established quiet residential coastal hamlet with most gardens having mature trees and high hedges. This provides both privacy and a Rural feel by the sea. Despite this quiet private location there are still shops and 5 excellent restaurants within a 10 minute walk. To the West :- I recommend:-1) Xhoko (12 min). To the East:- Sa Musclera (Binibeca Vell), (5 min), and Bambu (10 mins )
We are at the end of a 5 house cul-de-sac just 50m from the sea front road.
First impressions as you enter the tall white gates, is of 2 split levels of lawns and terraces that elevate the house to look over the one in front, giving lovely sea views. Next pthat the 2.2m high Laurel Hedges give complete privacy from the neighbours. Finally that the 12m x 4m pool is a proper swimming pool, with safe 1m wide side steps down into it. In a large black trunk at the back of the house are an extensive collection of pool and sea toys:- arm bands lilos’, Body boards, snorkels, masks and flippers and wet shoes for the rocks, blow up rings and boat, bats, balls, coits for the lawn.
The classical looking Pergola with its 10 place Oak table for lunch and fine dining and the outdoor sitting area for drinks and chilling, are perfect for Menorcan outdoor living.
Opening the front door, it is a surprise to find a staircase to a cleverly designed second storey in the roof. Going up you find The Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room. The wow factor is the roof terrace, through double patio doors, with spectacular panoramic Sea Views over Binissafuller Bay and the Sa Olla Bay swimming platforms. Also a new (2020) cocktail bar and stools, with drinks fridge and ice for sundowner drinks . Facing South West the Sunsets are superb from here.
Back to The Entrance again:- On The Right as you come in are a King size double and a twin bedroom with full shared family bathroom in between:- On The Left takes you through double doors into the open plan Living Room, Dining Area and fully fitted Kitchen with an Oak Bar. The built in Living room cupboard here has a good selection of board games including Monopoly, Backgammon, chess, and playing cards.
Straight on from the front door leads to the largest Family Bedroom, that sleeps 3, with an en-suite Bathroom. Facing East It also has its own sun terrace, large sun awning and Acacia wood table seating 6/8 with superb Sea Views. This bedroom has a large box of children’s toys including Lego, Duplo, jigsaw puzzles, and more.
Outside Living:- Patio doors lead from The Living Room seating 9 to The covered terrace. This has a comfortable sitting area for 8, with BBQ, coffee table, sofa and chairs. Also at this level is The Swimming Pool with a Sunlounger Terrace, outside WC with wash hand basin and incorporated shower and a small lawn for additional sunbathing space.
Down 3 Steps is the lower Terrace and another lawn. Here we have a classical looking Pergola (20 sq m) that can seat 10 around a beautiful Oak Table. Additional shade is also provided by a large 4 sq m Sun Awning. The lawn is ideal for games and sports. We provide coits and other games equipment and children’s toys for the pool. There are 5 wooden sunloungers and 3 off road car parking spaces.
