About the property

3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment close to beach and restaurants. Outside dining on 2 private patios. 3 pools, gym and sauna

Delightful, comfortably furnished 3 bed 2 bath apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, utility area with washing machine and dryer. There is a kingsize double bed with ensuite bathroom, twin room and 3rd bedroom with single bed and a pull out bed if required. Shower room. We have a front patio with table and chairs for relaxing plus a large covered patio room with large dining table.

The lounge is equipped with two large comfortable sofas, tv with satellite, dvd player and there is communal WIFI. There is a smaller dining table in the lounge for cooler mornings. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, powerful showers, quality fresh linen and towels and plenty of storage. There is also an underground carpark to keep your car cool and out of the sun, 24 hour security and lifts to all floors. We are a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport.

The complex, with 3 pools, gym and sauna, has glorious gardens and is a 3 minute walk from the sandy beaches of Elviria with beach bars and restaurants. These are often described as the best beaches in the area and the famous Nikki Beach Club is 5 minutes walk.

Elviria is a delightful village with a distinguished, safe atmosphere. There is a small deli supermarket across the road for your daily fresh bread, or a larger supermarket with fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables, delicatessen, wine and almost anything else you need within walking distance (or a very short car journey if you are stocking up). There are banks and cash points within walking distance.

More varied shopping can be found in Marbella (particularly the old town), Puerto Banus and La Canada shopping centre.

Marbella town centre, Puerto Banus and Cabopina are all within easy reach from the N340/E7, a minute's drive away, or alternatively take a taxi from the rank by the hotel. Here you will find all manner of entertainment - restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, museums, marinas, watersports.

There are innumerable golf courses within a short distance, or take the car into the mountains and explore the pretty white Andalucian villages. Alternatively, take the train into Seville or Malaga.

Suitable for families, extended families, couples who like their space, golfers, shoppers and sun worshippers.

The perfect location

Just returned from a really relaxing break with my son and two year old granddaughter. The apartment was wonderful, very bright and clean and a cot provided at my request. The kitchen is large and fully fitted and there's a utility room with washing machine and drier so sandy clothes were stripped of and thrown in the washing machine after a day building and knocking down sandcastles! Three bedrooms and the large bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom which was lovely. The shower in the second bathroom was perfect for hosing down a sandy granddaughter with warm water (she objected to the cold water on the beach!)

The location is just perfect, only 30mins drive from Malaga airport and the apartment itself is a very easy walk to the sandy beach on one side and shops and countless restaurants on the other so no cooking required! It's also a short drive to Marbella Old Town and to Puerto Banus, both worth a visit.

The complex is really well kept and there are three swimming pools although in April it was perhaps a little cold for swimming! But they looked good and there are sunbeds if you just want to sit and relax. There were also some fold up chairs and a parasol in the utility room which we took to the beach each day.

We will certainly come back and I'll come back with a couple of friends so we can explore more without the granddaughter.

Special interest holidays:

Great shopping can be had in Marbella itself or Puerto Banus and La Canada and there are numerous local markets.

If you feel the need to go further afield, Africa can be reached by ferry, Gibraltar is about 1.5 hours drive or Granada (the Alhambra) and Seville are about a 2 hour drive.


The best beach in the area is 100 metres away. Here you will find fabulous beach bars and restaurants, plus the Nikki Beach Club is a few minutes stroll along the beach.


Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive. It is possible to get a taxi from the airport or a bus though a car would be recommended but not essential (many regulars do no use a car). Regular buses run into Marbella and the local area, and there are a couple of local taxi ranks.


Marbella is approx 7km and Puerto Banus about 12 km. Malaga is 48 km. You can reach Gibraltar in about 1.5 hours and Granada or Seville in about 2 hours drive. You can also take a ferry across to Africa if you want to explore. If you have a car, trips into the National Parks and Rhonda or Coin can make a great day out.

Further Details:

There are innumerable great restaurants within walking distance, either along the beach or in the village (the nearest is literally across the road). A large supermarket is within 8 minutes walking distance and there is a 24 x 7 supermarket for any forgotten items. Many banks and cashpoints are in the village centre along with cafes, bars and snackbars.

Booking Notes:
Payments can be arranged by paypal or cash transfer. A 25% non-refundable deposit is requested at initial reservation and the balance 30 days before you the start of your holiday. If you wish to add an additional clean during your stay this can be arranged. Cancellations after the 30 days will mean loss of the balance unless we can re-let.

Changeover Day:
During peak season changeover day is Saturday. We would like the apartment vacated on your final day by 10:00 (unless we do not have an immediate booking after you) and it will be available from 16:00. Ideally check-in should be no later than 18:00

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
