Villa in Mar Menor Golf Resort, Costa Calida / Murcia, Spain - Peaceful Location, Yet A Short Walk From All Resort Amenities

This stunning new detached Villa has been immaculately decorated and furnished to "Show House" standard and has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a luxury family holiday or golf break. Added to the fact that it is located on one of the best Golf & Leisure Resorts in Spain, this is an ideal villa and location for your holiday. The spacious open plan lounge/diner has seating for 4 people and a dining table and 4 chairs. There is an LCD TV with UK channels available including BBC1,2,3, ITV 1,2,3, SKY Sports 1,2 & 3, BT Sports, Sky One, Sky Atlantic and various UK Kids, Film, Entertainment, Music and News Channels. There is also free wifi and a DVD player, as well as a good selection of DVD's, books and board games for you to enjoy during your stay. The lounge leads out through sliding patio doors to a covered terrace, with glass curtains so it can be opened up in the summer and used as a sunroom during the winter months. In this room there is a comfortable sofa/chaise longue that opens into a king sized bed. As this is separate to the main seating area, you can leave the bed made up during your visit in order to avoid having to do this every night. The extremely spacious and separate kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is air conditioning in all rooms, plus gas central heating for the cooler months. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, a double built in wardrobe with sliding doors. There is also a travel cot for those travelling with a very young child. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, washbasin and bidet. The second bedroom also has 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and new independent air conditioning unit offering both cold and hot air. The separate shower room is located close to the 2nd bedroom and has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. From the covered terrace, step out onto the huge South facing terrace and private pool and fully fenced garden. There is also a roof solarium accessed by an external staircase. This is extremely spacious and ideal for catching the sun any time of the day or enjoying a drink under the stars in the evening. On the terrace there is an outside dining table and chairs as well as sun loungers and other chairs for relaxing. The property is located in the newest area of the resort close to a small green park area with benches, 50 yards from the front door. Across the main road at the other side of this park lies a children's play area with a climbing frame, tubular slide, see saws and plenty of sand! The property is ideally positioned in a quite and peaceful residential area between the Town Centre and the El Boulevard areas of the resort. **This property is also available for longer term winter rentals - please enquire for availability and monthly rates**

Top holiday in a great villa

We had a brilliant time in this villa . The pool was a good size and with the sky , wifi , AC in every room I couldn't fault the villa also having the sun terrace was a dream . Janice was one of the best people I have dealt with when booking a holiday nothing was to much trouble, we look forward to going back

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

A 10-minute drive will take you to the nearest beach at Los Alcazares, with many more stretches of unspoiled sandy beaches within easy reach. Los Alcazares and other nearby resorts of Los Narejos, San Pedro del Pinatar, Santiago de la Ribiera and Lo Pagan are situated on the Mar Menor, which is the largest natural lagoon in Europe and has warm, calm waters. A little further North up the coast you will find beautiful, pale sand beaches bordering the Mediterranean on the Southern Costa Blanca.

Travel:

The region is easily accessible, with Alicante airport approximately 90km to the North and San Javier airport situated just next to the Mar Menor, approximately 15 minutes from the resort. Several budget airlines serve both airports. Car hire is recommended to visit the local beaches and explore the area. However, this is not essential as all amenities such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants, are available on the resort. Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.
