Delightful 1 Bed bungalow attached a wonderful Award Winning Dining Pub, pet friendly and close to Marazion and Prussia Cove. Kitchen lounge area, with a lovely on suite bedroom with exposed beams and vaulted ceiling. Everything you need is provided, all bedding and towels etc. There is also free unlimited WIFI for your convenience and the pub is only 20 yards from the let, come and relax eat, drink and stay. The pub has won numerous awards for its food and service so a great time is guaranteed.

About Matthew Rowe

Matthew and Michelle would love you to come and stay at our fantastic little cottage attached to our wonderful dining pub, The Falmouth Packet Inn.

We are a family run business and we are dog friendly, we are situated exactly 1 mile from the beautiful Prussia Cove which is an area of outstanding beauty and 2 miles from Marazion and St Michaels mount.

We offer amazingly comfortable accommodation only 20 yards from the front door of our wonderful pub and restaurant.

We were voted Best Dining Pub in the south west by Taste of the West in 2014 and we feel that our cottage shares the same quality as our award winning pub.

Super little cottage adjoining superb pub.

Modern, converted cottage adjoining The Falmouth Packet Inn with own parking area in front. Sleeps 2 in a double bed(very comfy !) in separate bedroom but has a foldaway settee in main area. Cottage is well equipped for cooking but the food served next door at the inn is superb. Their seafood linguine is one of the best I have ever tasted ! Booking is advised, especially for the popular and tasty Sunday lunch.

The accommodation is situated on the main road between Heston and Penzance but traffic noise is minimal. You are therefore well positioned to get easily to Marazion, for St Michael's Mount, St Ives, Mousehole, Porthleven, Godolphin House (Nat Trust), Lands End, The Minack Theatre( see a show if you can ) and many local beaches such as Praa Sands, Perranuthnoe Beach, Porthcurnoe Beach and Prussia Cove. All worth a visit.

You won't go wrong booking this little gem for a Cornish break. Not to take business away from the fabulous inn next door, but you will never be stuck for good eating as there are lots of great eating pubs within easy distance as well as a fish and chip shop across the road and lots of lovely scenic walks to excercise off those Cornish calories!!!!

we were made very welcome by Matthew and Michelle and the rest of their staff. The annex was perfect with our own parking spot. The food in the pub was superb as were the choice of ales etc..

Nice little compact cottage, in a good location.

The cottage was bright and airy, and fit for purpose as a bolt hole to explore Cornwall. Plus points are that it was always well heated if needed and having the Falmouth Packet Inn next door was a great bonus. The food was fantastic (I would recommend to book) and Mathew and Michelle are lovely hosts. I can't think of any distinctive downsides other than there was no tin opener in the cottage which hampered a pork pie and mushy pea night we had planned 😒 But other than that everything you need is available. Would recommend for a great little holiday.

A very quaint little cottage next door to a lovely pub- highly recommend trying the food! There was no noise heard from the pub or any disturbances when it came to closing time. In fact, you would never know you were next door!

Opposite is also a fish and chip shop, and just the other side of the pub is a garage with a post office.

Matthew and his family are very friendly and their hospitality was fantastic!

The cottage is the ideal location with Penzance just a few miles drive away but opposite is a bus stop which served the town regularly.

The cottage itself was nice and cosy, warm and well presented. Parking was on a gravel space located directly outside away from the main road and pub car park.

The only thing minor niggle was the Internet. The property is listed as having it however you have to sit in the pub next door to access it. It is not available in the cottage itself.

Would definitely return!
