Villa in El Rosario, Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain - Spectacular Sea Views To North Africa And Gibraltar

It is built on two levels with each level having terrace overlooking gardens and sea. Enter the villa through a front courtyard with patio furniture and to the side is a garden room in the shade with patio garden furniture for the hot nights and days. On the top level is the well equipped modern kitchen with oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave and a small terrace off facing the sea. Also on this level is a large double bedroom with air con, and full bathroom with bath and shower. A dining room with seating for 8 and then steps lead down to a spacious bright lounge with fireplace, sofa and seating for 8, sat tv and patio doors leading on to terrace with lovely views. Stairs then lead down to three bedrooms, one double and two twin, family bathroom with bath and shower and the twin room has an en suite bathroom with shower, basin, toilet. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms has patio doors leading on to terrace with views to sea and over garden. All the rooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. In the well established gardens is a large pool, patio furniture, sunbeds and lovely green lawns and trees for the shade.There is Wi-Fi here. In El Rosario there is a tennis club,supermarket, bars and restaurants and just 4 minutes drive to many sandy beaches. Marbella is just 10 minutes drive aswell.

About Gill Johnson

I live in the UK with my partner where I run my Spanish property business from home. As well as owning our villa in Marbella and apartment in Nerja I rent out many properties for other owners. I started in 1990 when my youngest daughter was two, renting out our own apartment and then other owners asked me to rent their properties. I love my business and Spain. We travel backwards and forwards from England and only takes 6 hours from door to door! Our villa is just 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport. We especially like to go in the winter months to capture the sun and warm days. I like running along the many sandy beaches or strolling along with my partner. New hobby is stand up paddle boarding. I also like to go to the local market for fresh veg and salad as well as the clothes!

We have properties of our own in Pembrokeshire and know the difference between average and excellent properties. This was an excellent property as I have stated, in a beautiful setting. None of us could forsee the fires, which were terrible, but I hope the area and residents recover from the trauma as soon as possible.
