Charming, 2 bedroom house in heart of Seaview, private parking, sleeps 4

4 Sandpipers has a beautiful open plan sittingroom with flat screen tv, wifi, comfortable sofas and chairs. This leads to a modern kitchen with dining table for six. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is a back door leading to an enclosed paved garden with barbecue and table for six. Upstairs is a new bathroom with shower over the bath, a master bedroom with a double zip and link bed which can be made into a twin and a twin bedded room with sea views. Highly recommended.

To book we require a 30% non refundable deposit with £25 admin fee to secure your holiday, the balance + £200 refundable breakages deposit is then due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking withing 8 weeks we require the full balance.

Lovely house in a great location

We spent an enjoyable week in this property, well situated only five minutes walk from the beach, lovely shop selling nice ice creams and pub nearby as well as a few shops and chemist.

The property was very clean and fresh and everything that was needed for a holiday plus the allocated parking was welcome just wished the weather would have been better but found lots to see and do. Would I go again - yes.

Lovely holiday home

4 Sandpipers was very comfortable; attractively furnished/decorated; and well-equipped. It suited us (two adults) really well for a week's holiday. We didn't eat out much so appreciated having enough kitchen equipment and a barbecue. The bathroom is very small, but manageable. Would definitely recommend this property to others and feel it is particularly suitable for couples or young families.

Coast/Beach:

A short walk from your house to the beach, the beach is sandy and also has rock pools so something for everyone.

Travel:

To get to the Isle of Wight you need to take a ferry from the South of England, only 67 miles from London! Car ferries: Wightlink (Portsmouth to Fishbourne or Lymington to Yarmouth); Red Funnel (Southampton to East Cowes). Other forms of transport include Hovertravel, foot passengers only (Southsea to Ryde), Wightlink catarman, foot passengers only (Portsmouth to Ryde) and Red Jet (Southampton to Cowes). There is a small private airport at Bembridge and Sandown.
