Cala San Vicente is regarded as one of the prettiest coastal resorts on the island. It is a small village surrounded by countryside with beautiful scenery. There are good restaurants, bars and supermarkets and is on the bus route. The apartment is approximately 5 minutes walk from two natural beaches which both have beautiful views. This lovely apartment is ideal for people who are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. It is in an area which attracts walkers, birdwatchers and cyclists as well as those who just want a beach holiday.

Lovely apartment close to bars & beach

A great property within easy walking distance of the two beautiful beaches. Bars and restaurants also a short walk away. Cala San Vicente is one of the nicest location I have been to. Not very large but has everything you need. The apartment itself is clean and tidy. It has a parking space at the side and 2 lovely patios - one for sun seekers and the other bathed in shade. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this property.

We bought this property because of its location with close proximity to beautiful natural beaches and surrounding area. Although quiet, it has all the amenities you will need for a fantastic holiday.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Palma at 58 Kilometres Nearest Train : at 15 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Cala mollins at 400 Metres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

5 minutes walk to two natural beaches in the resort. 7km drive to Pto. Pollensa beach.

Travel:

Palma airport is 58km away (approximately a 45 minute drive)

Distances:

7km to Pto. Pollensa, 4km to Pollensa town, 9km to Alcudia

Further Details:

There is a Bank with an ATM in the village. Medical assistance is 4km away in Pollensa town. There is a small supermarket in the village with large supermarkets in Pto. Pollensa and Pollensa town. Several good restaurants available within walking distance of apartment.

  • Outside: The property is approached through double gates leading straight on to the small drive suitable for parking 1 car. There are 2 spacious patios and a small gardened area. The outside area provides both sun and shade areas. Outdoor furniture is provided including table and chairs and sun-loungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and if 2 weeks rental, these are changed once a week. Beach towels are not included. General cleaning is done at entry and departure.
