Hill Farm Barn, ETB 5 Star Gold Award, sleeping eight in four bedrooms, three ensuite plus extra bath/toilet. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one double with bath/shower the other super kingsize or singles with wet room. Two bedrooms upstairs double the ensuite shower the other a twin room more suited to children with small bath/toilet across the landing.

The living area downstairs comprises of a large kitchen/diner and a separate sitting area. There is also a gallery lounge upstairs, both sitting areas have TV.

Full central heating, with under floor in the kitchen

Full internet access is available.

Very large garden with elevated decking and parking for up to four cars.

The surrounding area is farmed by the family, having entered into a DEFRA higher level steward scheme some years ago, you may find private access to some of these areas of interest.

Robert and Sheila Lovegrove live, work and have brought up their family at Hill Farm. We graze cattle and grow cereals and have very carefully incorporated the self catering units to complement the farm and visa versa.

Being an Island measuring 26miles by 17miles there are many beaches and costal areas/paths to choose from.

Having use of a car is fairly essential whilst staying at Hill Farm, although online deliveries are now common amongst our guests.

We are around 7 miles from the nearest cross solent car ferry.

Around 1.5 miles equidistant from Brading and St Helens.

Steam Railway 5m.

Osbourne House 8m.
