I love this area and this flat because is Direct in old Valbonne village. 6 professional courses within 10-15 minute drive including Golf de la Grande Bastide, Golf de Valbonne, Royal Mougins, Cannes Mougins. Just walk out the door and have a choice out of many restaurants.

The flat is very well located always walk home, you will find the old village of Valbonne, all shops, vegetables, meat, bakery, Italian traiteur, fish, medical office, pharmacy, several banks, automatic withdrawals, currency exchange, post office.

Outside: Direct access onto the small pedestrian street, where you can sit in the sun, watch the children play, or simply people watch. The many street cafés and restaurants of the village are just a one minutes walk from the house, as is a children's park and the townhall gardens. The new aquatic complex in Sophia, NautiPolis, is just a ten minute drive and Marineland the aquatic park is at 20 min. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, bed and kitchen linen are provided. Iron provide Cleaning possible extra 25€

Great location but flat not suitable for everyone.

On plus side, owner was very friendly and flat was clean, well equipped and simply furnished. Location is great. On minus side, staircase is narrow and frankly bordering on dangerous, particularly to 2nd and 3rd floors flats, and is not suitable for children or less able bodied adults. Shower cubicle is very small and wouldn't suit a larger person.

Owner's Response: I confirm that the flat is not suitable when you have a baby or small kids, as I mentionned each time,you are in a typical House village so the stairs are small, for normal people without baby and in normal physical conditions. And the flat is for 2 adults people no more.

A nice place for holidays down South !

A very comfortable and well-maintained apartment, parking was easy: with everything we needed for perfect holidays! Valbonne village is so lovely, the apartment is very conveniently located close to numerous shops and restaurants in this picturesque village.

The location is perfect and we spent many evenings enjoying the rays of the setting sun in the "Square des Arcades".

Valbonne is a charming French village with a traditional market, perfect to discover local produces and the Côte d'Azur lifestyle!

Overall, we spent great holidays, which I would recommend for anybody. The owner Fred is a pleasant person, very helpful giving nice advices. By the way, thanks for the fresh Rosé at the arrival!
