Luxury Villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Peaceful location, overlooking the Vineyards in Moraira

This luxurious villa is on a large gated plot with panoramic views across Moraira. It has five large bedrooms, three of which have stunning en-suites. The other two bedrooms share a shower room with stunning views across the valley. Four of the bedrooms have king size beds and the fifth has bunk beds. In total there are three walk in showers in the villa and three large bath tubs. The villa is built to an exceptionally high spec with Bosch kitchen appliances, Marble floors (with under floor heating) and air conditioning in all bedrooms. There are two large lounges, one overlooking the heated pool with open fireplace & Satellite TV, DVD player and a sports lounge with 7ft pool table, 50 inch Satellite TV, DVD and Wii console. The upstairs dining room and lounge open out onto the south facing pool terrace. The pool terrace and landscaped gardens are a real feature of the villa and one never tires of watching the sun set over the panoramic view with a glass of wine! The 10m heated pool gets sun all day and has a large patio area with numerous secluded parts of the garden to explore. There is a gas BBQ and outside eating area, with two tables, one very large one, seating ten and the other seating four. There are plenty of umbrellas and canopies for shade. The additional upper terrace has a ping pong table. Golfers and Tennis players are welcome (the Tennis club is 50m away and the golf club is less than three miles away) although the villa is not suitable for Hen or Stag parties. Several restaurants and supermarkets are minutes away. The Villa has ADSL broadband and two free view English TVs. Families are welcome to use our Bikes (4 adult, 2 teenage and 1 child's bike with stabilisers plus 2 tow along trailers - 1 is a double trailer and the other is a single trailer) to cycle into Moraira and to the local shops or Beaches. The cycle to the beach is very easy (20 minutes along a flat road and very child friendly. You can go on paths, if you wish, the entire way). Bike locks are provided. The villa has a wooden cot in the kids' bedroom and two travel cots which can be placed in any of the bedrooms. In addition to the four king size beds, bunk beds and cots we have a sofa bed and Z bed. Pets are not allowed.

Outside: The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and includes a gas BBQ which guests can use (please replace gas if appropriate), loungers with comfortable cushions, various benches around the gardens, a large outside dining table, seating 10 plus a smaller 4 seater dining table. The villa's heated pool (10m x 5m) gets sun light all day. There are numerous local restaurants, bars and supermarkets. For younger children there is a crazy golf and outdoor play area right next to the tennis club which is 50m from the Villa. The beach is a 20 minute cycle away along flat roads/paths. Utility Room: There is a laundry room downstairs with 2 washing machines and 2tumble driers. Use of an iron and ironing board is provided for guests Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is cleaned before arrival and on departure of guests. All towels and bed linen are provided. Longer stays of more than a week can arrange extra mid-stay cleaning/linen change for an extra cost. We recommend guests bring beach towels separately Other: There is an under build where we keep bikes (4 adult bikes, 2 teenage bikes and 1 child's bike plus 2 tow trailers). Guests are allowed to use the bikes as long as they are looked after and locked when left. Locks are provided.

Amazing villa

This was the second time we spent a fantastic week in this great villa. We were a family of 6 adults and two little children and found the property more than perfect for us. We really loved the pool area and the large premises. The house is equipped with everything you could need. Services and the warm welcome by Hazel and Russel were excellent. We would definitely book here again and could recommend the villa without any restriction.

Fantastic property

What a great property, lovely location, close to beach and amenities.

Everything you could want was provided in the villa,

The grand children loved the pool toys. What a nice touch to have the use of bikes, ( I climbed some really steep local hills on the carbon mountain bike)

Would recommend this villa to any one.

Fantastic villa - perfect for a week away

We have a great week staying in Moraira. The villa was perfect - immaculately clean, plenty space for all 3 teenagers to have their own room.

We did lots of cooking using the BBQ and well equipped kitchen and also eating out the fabulous restaurants in the town.

Great property ! Great Location ! Great Communication !

The villa was fantastic ! 9 of us stayed here consisting of 3 generations and the villa was equipped to ensure that all of us had what we needed for a perfect stay. We used Benniconnnect for transfers and found them to be very good. The villa has everything you could want and the only downside to the holiday is that when we left the villa we were keen to get back to it as soon as possible. The bakery Pan Pan Jamon Jamon at the bottom of the hill was a hit and we tried a few cocktails at Brevis across the road. It is a little bit of a walk into the town about 2km each way, it is nice and flat with pavements all the way in. Even my mother who is 70 managed the walk in (taxi back about 7 euros). We didn't have a car so trips to the supermarket took a little bit of planning. The easiest one to get to for us was Masymas especially as we could take one of the bikes with trailer attached to bring the heavy shopping back. You can walk to Lidls and the French Superkmarket if you turn left out of the villa then turn right onto an unmarked track. You have to walk on the road for a short distance but it wasnt too bad.

The communication between Mark and Linda was really good and they did what they could to change dates for us at short notice due to some term time holiday issues we had. The communication with Russel and Hazel was great as well and they were on hand to assist when needed.

Overall a great holiday in a great villa meeting the needs of all. Thank you :-)

Hazel and Russel were very welcoming and accommodating. The villa has everything and more for any family holiday. Something for all ages. The area and beaches are beautiful. The nearest town charming. Some unique boutique's.

We had an amazing time, despite bad weather.

A 5* Family Holiday Villa

A real hit with everybody was the Pool - kept at a wonderfully comfortable temperature and the pool shower offering hot water a real hit with everybody. That and a very well equipped kitchen a great gas BarBQ with Paella ring compliment space standards in the villa which made a family holiday a real success. The bedrooms, bathrooms, towels and sun beds were of a 5* Hotel standard and the garden and pool surrounds provided a number of quiet hideaways for Grandpa to escape from our boisterous 4 year old.

In all we have not enjoyed a better Holiday let and have no hesitation in recommending it to any large family group looking for a quiet peaceful but well located Spanish Villa

Coast/Beach:

The villa is 1 mile away from the main beach in Moraira and can easily be accessed by walking, cycling or by car. The beaches in Moraira are immaculately clean and safe for children. There are many restaurants and local bars to eat and drink in and they are all very family friendly

Travel:

The nearest airport is Alicante which is about 50 miles away and takes just under an hour by car. We recommend hiring a car from the airport because the cost of the hire is not much more than the cost of a taxi to the villa and, whilst it is not necessary to have a car whilst staying at our villa, it means you can do much more exploring and trips to the local supermarket is much easier.

Distances:

The Villa is 1 mile from the centre of Moraira which has a beautiful marina and numerous bars and restaurants, all of which are open all year long. There are a variety of all the major supermarkets locally.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The outstanding amount should be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £250 is payable at the same time and will be returned within 1 week provided the house has been left in a satisfactory condition. All bookings are Saturday to Saturday unless expressly agreed in advance. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of the day of arrival, then full payment, together with the security deposit must be paid.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday unless as agreed in advance. Arrival is 1500 onwards, departure is 1000. If bookings allow, we are happy to be flexible on these times.
