About this property

This luxurious villa is on a large gated plot with panoramic views across Moraira. It has five large bedrooms, three of which have stunning en-suites. The other two bedrooms share a shower room with stunning views across the valley. Four of the bedrooms have king size beds and the fifth has bunk beds. In total there are three walk in showers in the villa and three large bath tubs. The villa is built to an exceptionally high spec with Bosch kitchen appliances, Marble floors (with under floor heating) and air conditioning in all bedrooms. There are two large lounges, one overlooking the heated pool with open fireplace & Satellite TV, DVD player and a sports lounge with 7ft pool table, 50 inch Satellite TV, DVD and Wii console. The upstairs dining room and lounge open out onto the south facing pool terrace. The pool terrace and landscaped gardens are a real feature of the villa and one never tires of watching the sun set over the panoramic view with a glass of wine! The 10m heated pool gets sun all day and has a large patio area with numerous secluded parts of the garden to explore. There is a gas BBQ and outside eating area, with two tables, one very large one, seating ten and the other seating four. There are plenty of umbrellas and canopies for shade. The additional upper terrace has a ping pong table. Golfers and Tennis players are welcome (the Tennis club is 50m away and the golf club is less than three miles away) although the villa is not suitable for Hen or Stag parties. Several restaurants and supermarkets are minutes away. The Villa has ADSL broadband and two free view English TVs. Families are welcome to use our Bikes (4 adult, 2 teenage and 1 child's bike with stabilisers plus 2 tow along trailers - 1 is a double trailer and the other is a single trailer) to cycle into Moraira and to the local shops or Beaches. The cycle to the beach is very easy (20 minutes along a flat road and very child friendly. You can go on paths, if you wish, the entire way). Bike locks are provided. The villa has a wooden cot in the kids' bedroom and two travel cots which can be placed in any of the bedrooms. In addition to the four king size beds, bunk beds and cots we have a sofa bed and Z bed. Pets are not allowed.

Extremely spacious villa / family home

Booked in 2019 for a special family holiday in august 2020 then covid happened and so the holiday eventually happened in 2022! The owner was very quick to respond to all my enquiries, extremely understanding and helpful. This is a huge villa - the bedrooms are all air conditioned (some are suites) and they all have very well appointed bathrooms. The pool is gorgeous (clean, warm and good size) and gets deep very quickly but we took arm bands and suitable floatation aids with us for the children who couldn’t swim. The garden is gorgeous, especially pretty with the lights on at night. We ate outside under the large gazebos as it was so hot in august. It was very private and we felt very secure. Plenty of supermarkets a quick drive away and roads in this part of Spain are very good. The table tennis at the back raised terrace was a hit and so too was the snooker table in the downstairs lounge area with the adults. All in all a delightful (long awaited ) multi generation holiday for a special birthday in a beautiful villa .

This property is amazing. It has everything you need and more. Honestly couldn’t fault anything from start to finish & all 8 of us said the same. Mark was friendly & helpful upon contact as was Fran. Would highly recommend & honestly can’t say any more other than it is perfect . Would definitely stay again! Well done

Recent flood in property caused us problems...

We stayed at the villa from Saturday 4th June to Saturday 11th June 6 adults and 4 children the youngest being 2 years old. Firstly, a week before we were due to arrive at the villa the owner contacted me regarding a flood they had had on the ground floor. He told me that it would hopefully not spoil our stay as there was a lot of damage to the doors and there was no time to replace them. I thought, OK, not a problem. We could cope without being able to close the doors. On arrival to the villa we entered through the ground floor entrance. As we entered we were hit with a terrible damp smell. I figured it may be because the ground floor hadn't been aired and opened windows etc. We booked this particular villa because of the separate living space on the ground floor. Our daughter doesn't sleep well and we planned to use the downstairs as a comfortable area to stay so the rest of the guest were able to sleep upstairs. We stayed downstairs on the first night of our stay. The far, bigger bedroom smelt the worst so we decided to stay in the smaller bedroom. Another reason for this was because the cot in the larger bedroom was cold and felt damp to touch. We checked the rest of the beds downstairs and they all felt cold and damp and were uncomfortable to sleep in. The smell kept me awake. We also found mould spores in the draws in the larger bedroom. As you can imagine, we were gutted. A holiday that we had waited a long time for and spent a lot of money on and a large part of what we paid for was not fit for purpose and dangerous to our health and more importantly our asthmatic 2 year old. After a lot of upset, we decided that it was not safe and was far too unpleasant to stay downstairs, we had no other option but to sleep in the living room. So we were, as you can imagine pretty disappointed after expecting a weeks stay in a luxury, air conditioned, spacious villa to find we were sleeping in a 30 degree living room ( air con was in the bedrooms only) on Chesterfield couches. The owner had the courtesy to let us know about the blown doors but I feel the state of the downstairs area was kept from us, hoping for the best and that we wouldn't complain. I texted the owner to share our concerns. I knew there was nothing he could do to change our situation, however I wasn't quite expecting the response we did get seen as though he was very attentive and helpful on the lead up to our arrival.
