Notes on accommodation: This property is designed for the use of up to two responsible people, ideally over 40 years old. Non smokers only please. No smoking in the property! Air conditioning! (on a pay as you use system) No pets Outside: Swimming pool with a bar / restaurant is open during the summer months. In the area near the apartment some lovely small parks. A keep fit area very close to the apartment is also available free to everyone! Utility Room: In the Balcony store cupboard; Hoover, cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board, binoculars and washing line pegs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: You will arrive to a very clean property. Bed linen supplied for double bed, four pillows and duvet. A sets of bath and hand towels per person, hand towel in the toilet and a bath mat. Other: Enclosed terrace with large sliding windows that allow the guests to enjoy the amazing views. Table with two chairs for relaxing on.

Clean, well equiped Apartment

A really nice studio apartment right in the middle of Torremolinos, so handy for local buses as well as a Mercadona for food shopping.

Met by Lee and Ana on arrival ( a lovely couple) - Ana gave me a very comprehensive tour of the studio, explaining how everything worked.

I found the studio to be very well equipped for a self-catering holiday, everywhere was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels (they came to do a bed linen/towel change halfway through my 16 day holiday. The bathroom was really nice with plenty of storage space and a shower cubicle with plenty of on-demand hot water at all times.

Being on the 11th floor gave an interesting birds-eye view from the balcony of the comings and goings on the street below - always something to see with buses, cars and rubbish collection vehicles. The balcony itself had a bit of a (very welcome) breeze most times and furnished with 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the view down to the sea.

The bus terminal round the corner gets you to Torremolinos beach in 10 minutes (1.30 euro) or further afield to Benalmadena Costa in 20 minutes (1.55 euro) or Fuengirola in 50 minutes (1.65 euro) - a very cheap efficient air-conditioned service which makes walking to the beach an unnecessary exertion in 30+ degrees of heat.

Lee and Ana are very attentive hosts - you feel that nothing is too much trouble for them - it was a pleasure to meet them both.

one of the cleanest apartments we have stayed in

lovely clean apartment everything you need is in the apartment also the bus

station is around the corner 5minuets walk to centre of town and railway station

4 big supermarkets 5 to 8 minuets walk away smaller ones close by ana and lee

lovely couple just phone them if you need them would recommend this apartment

great views over the sea and Malaga see the cruise ships go into the harbour

would love to come back again

They've thought of everything

Spotlessly clean apartment - and it was cleaned another twice during my 25-night stay - which is within five minutes of Mercadona supermarket, ten minutes from the train station (which gets you to Malaga in another 20 minutes) and 15 minutes from the beach. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good, and the British TV is great if you're staying for any length of time, as you can settle down for a few nights "at home" despite being on holiday. The owners provide everything you could need, including tea, coffee, milk and sugar. They're also a really nice couple!

handy for everything

my wife and I stayed for 15 nights,Ana could not have been more helpful and Lee was good with the booking side and the deposit returned very quickly,now the apartment they have thought of everything you might need as well as English TV. the place is spotless and clean a credit to them both. it is 10 minutes maximum walk to the train station which gives you access to Malaga central or Fuengirola the other way and all points between ,and central for Torremolinos,yes will stay again with no worries,well done Lee & Ana

The sandy beach is a favourite and offers pleasant sea views and some dramatic rock formations, plus the old fishing village of La Carihuela which is a delightful area of picturesque simple houses and bourganvillea clad patios where old men play dominoes and drink anis.

The seafront promenade, extends west behind the expansive and popular beaches of Montemar and El Saltillo, now continuing as far as Benalmadena Marina. This is the area also known for its excellent seafood restaurants

Property is situated a few minutes from banks, local shops, three big supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We highly recommend to visit Malaga City and enjoy the Sightseeing Tour. Many beautiful places to see like the Roman Theatre, Cathedral, Gibralfaro Castle, Port of Malaga, "Parque del Oeste", Picasso Museum and Rosaleda Football Stadium of Malaga Football Club.

In the surrounding area are Botanic Garden, Lobo Park (wolf park), Nerja Caves, Ardales Natural Park, El Torcal Natural Park, Fuente de Piedra Natural Salt Lake. We highly recommend as well to visit The Alhambra palace in Granada, The Mosque of Cordoba and the Plaza de España in Seville, all this cities approximately two hours away from Malaga by car. Guests can enjoy the Spanish Historical Heritage in all this beautiful cities.
