The large terrace and roof terrace area allows views of both the sea and the pool making it convenient for families with children.The terrace is equipped for dining al fresco and also has BBQ, sink, fridge and sun loungers. Inside the living room offers a large flat screen TV, multi language channels, DVD with a selection of DVD's and WiFi.Two sofas, as well as dining table to seat 6. The fully fitted kitchen has all BOSCH appliances, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and washing machine and separate tumble dryer in laundry area. Hot & cold air conditioning is present throughout the property and both bathrooms have heater lights. I live in England and went on holiday with my family a few times to Los Arqueros before taking the plunge and buying an apartment. As my daughters are still at school, the apartment is often unused which is why I've decided to rent it out.

Why Angus Smith chose Benahavís

The apartment is ideally located only an hour from Malaga or Gibraltar airport. The golf on site is excellent and the port and beaches are only 10 minutes away. The community of La Finca is very friendly making it an ideal place for children to play happily and safely.



The popular resort of Puerto Banus is ten minutes away by car.


The apartment is an hour drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar airport. Use of a car is recommended although the local taxi service is very reliable.

Outside: La Finca has well maintained attractive gardens and two communal pools. There is a gas barbecue on the large roof terrace of the apartment as well as a sink and a fridge. There is also a shower on the roof terrace and loungers. Utility Room: The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen is included. The property will be cleaned prior to arrival and after departure.

Not as good as described

There was a problem with the drainage on the roof. Following rain the roof terrace flooded. Water came down the outside stairs onto the lower verandah and in through the patio windows in the master bedroom. A lot of water came in through the ensuite bathroom and then dripped all night. The maintenance crew drained the water off the roof and said this was a continuous problem and the owner was in dispute with the builders. The single bed in the spare bedroom seems to have a problem with the slats moving, making the bed very soft. One of our party who is 65 suffers with a bad back and had to sleep on the bottom bunk. The washing machine door was broken. We also had trouble connecting to the Wifi. The estate managers were however, helpful. We have been in negotiation with the owner for some sort of refund but have been unable to reach a satisfactory conculsion. It's a shame because the possibilities of a good stay are there, but not up to the high spec we thought we had paid for.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view!

Such a lovely apartment, with such friendly people. The pool is perfect and the club house is very useful when we didn't fancy cooking. Easy access to Puerto banus, €20 taxi, 10 min drive. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend it to others.
