Apartment in Braunton, North Devon, Devon, England - Peacefull Location Within Easy Access To All Amenites And Beaches

Treetops is a superior quality property which is set in a great location with a private drive and within easy reach to a superb village including some fantastic places to eat and drink. It is close to some of the most amazing surfing beaches North Devon has to offer and some fantastic local attractions whether you are looking for an active holiday or just a peaceful rest away from it all. We are very close to the tarka trail cycle/footpath and cater for cyclists and walkers including walkers with dogs (clean ones) The property has been finished to an exceptional standard and is very well equipped. The property is very comfortable and exceptionally clean as the owner does all the cleaning because of this we boast a lot of repeat customers returning many times. The views form the terrace are superb and we have seating and a BBQ area. We also have facilities for washing surfboards etc. with the private drive being very safe for storage and parking.

Why Suzy Pullen chose North Devon

We bought the land that the property sits in during 2003 and re built/designed our house and the accommodation attached to the house which was finished during 2011

The annex is a very high spec property with all the work completed by my husband and myself.

We love it here as it is very quiet but is within a short walking distance to all the village amenities. Very hard to find another property in such a lovely location, which is close to 5 superb beaches

What makes this apartment unique

We leave a substantial welcome pack to include all the necessary cleaning essentials along with some welcoming luxury's to include wine and eggs from our own hens

Just back from a lovely week at "Treetops". The property is exceptionally well appointed, clean, tidy and well equipped. Suzy provided just the right amount support for us, popping in to say "Hello" on our first morning just make sure we had everything we needed, and then again to say "Goodbye" at the end of our stay. But it was nice to know she was always on hand next door if we needed anything. Very nice to get a welcome pack of groceries, milk, butter, cake (yum) and freshly laid eggs ! Thanks Suzy.

An amazingly clean, well equipped, modern annexe to a beautiful property. The finishing touches were superb - butter, eggs, cake, wine, milk, tea and coffee plus other bits and bobs, all provided on arrival. Well maintained and finished to an extremely high standard. Great to feed the chickens and sample their eggs. Suzy was kind and helpful and it was obvious she cared about how you felt. Will visit this property again when in the area - would not consider anywhere else now. The best place we have ever stayed and we have stayed in a lot of places. So nice not to have to start cleaning on the first day of your holiday! 10/10.



It was our first visit to Devon and we had a fantastic holiday at the Treetops. We were very impressed with the high quality and cleanliness of the accommodation. The extensive welcome pack set us off to a good start and the friendliness of Suzy and Nick made a great holiday even better. Our children loved feeding the chicken/hens and learning about how to look after them – it really is a science. Treetops is a terrific base for exploring North Devon with its excellent beaches and beautiful landscape. As a family we very much enjoyed cycling on the Tarka Trail and loved the quality of food Devon has to offer. Braunton, itself, is a short walk from the accommodation and has plenty to offer in terms of shops and great pubs. Treetops provides the right balance between privacy and easy access to the best parts of North Devon. As our children described it: 11/10.



This accommodation was exceptional. The owners were lovely and extremely welcoming. The location was superb with shops and restaurants so easy to hand. We adored the chickens and wonderful eggs so kindly given. 4 beaches so nearby made it a perfect surfing retreat. Thank you Suzy and Nick you have done a fabulous job here. Will come back definitely no question.



We've just returned home after spending a week at Treetops and hope to be able to return very soon. The location of the accommodation is wonderful with fabulous views from the private terrace - a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a hard day holidaying!

Fantastic Holiday Accomodation in Great Location

We spent a 3 night short break at Treetops last weekend and loved it! The accomodation is spotlessly clean, comfortable, very modern and equipped with everything you could need. The owners were lovely - very helpful and welcoming. We arrived to find a lovely selection of goodies including bacon, butter, bread, cake, wine and eggs from the owner's chickens! The location of the property is great - near enough town to walk to pubs / shops etc but tucked away enough to have a parking space right outside the door. There are lots of lovely tourist attractions within a short distance such as Croyde, Crow Point and Ilfracombe. It's also worth mentioning that the property is all level on one floor so is very suitable for families with young children or those with walking difficulties. We would definitely stay here again 😊. Fantastic accommodation

The accommodation was the best we have ever stayed in. Very high quality fixtures and furnishings and great location, quiet and peaceful, but close enough to all the local surfing beaches, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend. We shall definitely be booking again.
