I Booked the apartment for an early shopping weekend for myself and 3 friends. The apartment was spacious, well equipped spotlessly clean and in a perfect position for walking and rail links. Will definitely be back!

Lovely comfortable apartment with every facility you need in great location.

As my husband is disabled this ground floor apartment had everything we needed from very comfy beds to comfortable armchairs all on one level.It is a short walk away from bus,train,coach and shops.

Nearest Airport is Exeter and is on the main line station from Paddington, Waterloo, and Manchester Piccadilly.


Distance is five minutes to Dawlish Railway Station where steam trains can be observed at certain times of the year, Buses to Exeter and Teignmouth and a forty minute drive to Dartmoor.

Dawlish Town is a five minute level walk from the apartment where there are a number of shops, tearooms, pubs and a small theatre with productions in the high season.
