Modern, well equipped apartment sleeps up to 3 (2adults + 1child/baby).

A small wooden gate opens onto the spacious, private outdoor terrace (36m²) with comfortable garden furniture (table&chairs, bench&armchairs, 2 sun-loungers, a parasol and a barbecue) with pleasant views of the surrounding hills.

Inside the kitchen/diner opens onto the terrace area, and has a very well equipped open-planned kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds (plus a fold-up single bed for a child), a large shower room and a laundry room. Parking for 1 vehicle.


About the property

Collioure, Beautiful views

The historic town of Collioure is situated in the very South of France, just 20miles from the Spanish border, 15 miles from Perpignan, nestling in a sheltered rocky coastline just where the waters of the Mediterranean sea meet the mountains of the Pyrenees. Famous for its sunny climate and its rich and colourful history having been a source of inspiration for many famous artists (Picasso, Matisse, Chagal..), beautiful Collioure will be an ideal location for your Holiday in the South of France. The property is located on the hillside above the town, just a short and very pleasant 10 minute walk to the beaches and the town centre (downhill - uphill coming back!) where there are little artist studios, shops, restaurants and cafés. The property has been converted into pleasant self-contained apartments, both with separate entrances, and their own parking. They are both attractively decorated and equipped to a very good standard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Both apartments have their own very large private terrace area for dining and enjoying the sun (you will probably spend most of your time here!) and there is also a communal garden area.

Booking Notes:
Changeover days are usually a Saturday, however we can accept other days subject to availability.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the full balance payable 1 month prior to your Holiday.
Bookings made with less than 1 Month to go, full payment will be required on booking.
A security deposit is required. If all is in order at the end of your stay the full amount will be refunded.
Full details will be provided at the time of booking or are available by demand.


Changeover Day:
Changeover day is on a Saturday, but we can accept other days subject to availability, don't hesitate to contact Heidi to check your requested dates.
Shorter stays are welcome outside of the July/August period.

Notes on prices:
Please note that a tourist tax will be due on top of your rental price amounting to 0.40 € per person over 13 and per day.
This tax is paid on to the town of Collioure in order to help pay for the animations and activities held during the season.

Notes on accommodation: Iron & Ironing board available, as well as hair dryers. Cot & high chair can be available on request. Linen, towels and tea-towels can be hired if requested at the price of 20 €/person. WIFI access only in the larger 2-bed flat. No WIFI access in the small flat. The properties are to be left cleaned on departure. An optionnel departure clean can be booked if you don't wish to clean yourselves (please contact us for prices) A few metres from the property is the departure point for an amazing walk along the coastline towards Argelès (about an hour walk there and the same back). You can also take a boat trip to Argelès. Both the Spanish border and the Pyrenees are on the door step. Many local wine cellars are within walking distance or a short drive away. Outside: In addition to each apartment having their own large private terrace, there is a communal garden with trees, shrubs and a picnic table.

A peaceful location

The well-maintained apartment is situated in a peaceful position a short walk from the centre of Collioure with stunning views of the surrounding hills. Well equipped, and with easy parking, it is ideal for exploring the local area, and a great base for going further afield, even down to northern Spain along the scenic coastal road. The town has an amazing array of facilities, and we particularly enjoyed the music events, the twice weekly market, and the array of cafes and restaurants, including Les Templiers with its collection of original paintings. Good local walks and beaches. Several of our friends and family have visited on our recommendation and are captivated by the area.

Wonderful flat with amazing views!

The flat was very modern and stylish with everything we needed. The kitchen especially was very well equipt for my wanna be chef husband's needs! Absolutely stunning views from the balcony, wonderful setting looking over the valley. Very convenient parking space so we did not have to park on the road with 2 small children. The flat was well cleaned when we arrived and the intstruction book was especially detailed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
