French windows from the kitchen/living room lead onto a large private terrace (38m²) with comfortable garden furniture (table & chairs, 4 armchairs, a bench and a coffee table, 4 sun-loungers, 2 parasols and a barbecue) with pleasant views of the surrounding hills.

Inside, the kitchen/living room has a well equipped open planned kitchen and a sofa that converts into a double bed. There is a large family bedroom with 1double bed, 1 single + 1 single pull-out bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 modern shower rooms with toilets and a laundry room. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Collioure, Beautiful views

The historic town of Collioure is situated in the very South of France, just 20miles from the Spanish border, 15 miles from Perpignan, nestling in a sheltered rocky coastline just where the waters of the Mediterranean sea meet the mountains of the Pyrenees. Famous for its sunny climate and its rich and colourful history having been a source of inspiration for many famous artists (Picasso, Matisse, Chagal..), beautiful Collioure will be an ideal location for your Holiday in the South of France. The property is located on the hillside above the town, just a short and very pleasant 10 minute walk to the beaches and the town centre (downhill - uphill coming back!) where there are little artist studios, shops, restaurants and cafés. The property has been converted into pleasant self-contained apartments, both with separate entrances, and their own parking. They are both attractively decorated and equipped to a very good standard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Both apartments have their own very large private terrace area for dining and enjoying the sun (you will probably spend most of your time here!) and there is also a communal garden area.

Booking Notes:
Changeover days are usually a Saturday, however we can accept other days subject to availability.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the full balance payable 1 month prior to your Holiday.
Bookings made with less than 1 Month to go, full payment will be required on booking.
A security deposit is required. If all is in order at the end of your stay the full amount will be refunded.
Full details will be provided at the time of booking or are available by demand.


Changeover Day:
Changeover day is on a Saturday, but we can accept other days subject to availability, don't hesitate to contact Heidi to check your requested dates.
Shorter stays are welcome outside of the July/August period.

Notes on prices:
Please note that a tourist tax will be due on top of your rental price amounting to 0.40 € per person over 13 and per day.
This tax is paid on to the town of Collioure in order to help pay for the animations and activities held during the season.

Spacious, very clean with the most amazing views

Great apartment, clean and very comfortable, with everything you could need. The views were outstanding. Just a short walk into Collioure. Heidi was extremely helpful and nothing was a problem. The area has everything - history, warm seas, beaches, mountains, perfect for both relaxing and active holidays. Would definitely go again.

Delightful place to stay

We had a delightful and relaxing stay! It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into developing and equipping the apartment, which makes it a pleasure to be in.vEverything was clean and maintained to a very high standard. The views from the balcony are magnificent - it's a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your surroundings.

Collioure itself is lovely. Exploring the streets, visiting the beaches and walking throught the olive groves to the fort were all great fun. It's a place with something for everyone to enjoy. There are lots of great restaurants, and we soon found ourselves visiting our favourite ice cream vendor each day, trying to decide exactly which flavour we liked best!

I have already recommended this venue to friends and relatives - it really is worth a visit.

Large terasse with a great view

The interiors are pretty basic, but nice and clean and with good wifi. The star is the outside terasse; private, spacious, charming and with a great view. A good 10 minute walk from center, so no need for a car on a daily basis.

We received a friendly and very accomodating greeting from Heidi.

Wifi access in both apartments. A few metres from the property is the departure point for an amazing walk along the coastline towards Argelès (about an hour walk there and the same back).
