Stunning luxurious villa recently refurbished and finished to the highest standard. It is set in an idyllic location with mountain views. 4 bedrooms set over 2 levels with 2 bathrooms and 1 en-suite. Private drive with electric gates. It offers spacious living and has all the mod cons including large TV with Sky , DVD player and wifi. Own Private Pool, Table tennis, Pool Table. Plenty to keep everyone of all ages happy. Child Friendly - Travel Cot/ Highchair and Stairgate available on request. The bar and games area is separated by a gate to the pool area. So in the evening you can relax with the gate closed for young children. My husband and I fell in love with Costa Del Sol 10 years ago. We now have 3 children and find that renting a villa provides us with the perfect family holiday. After renting for so many years decided that it would be ideal to own our own villa and aim to provide everything that we ourselves would be looking for.

Why Jude Foster chose Coín

We bought a villa in the same urbanisation last year (property ref S27028) and due to its success and popularity decided to invest again in the same area. The location is ideal and provides something for everyone within a short distance. We enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle of the big towns and cities and love the mountain views. The locals are also really friendly and we have a great team of people who have proved invaluable to us.

What makes this villa unique

With the large private pool and other amenities including table tennis, pool table and sky to name but a few you don't actually have to leave the villa if you don't want to. There is enough to entertain young and old alike. For those wanting to experience what Spain has to offer the villa is in an excellent location to explore.

The shops, restaurants and bars are only 5 mins away and being more traditional that the coastal towns offer much better value for money. The beach at Fuengirola is only a 20 minute drive and La Cala beach is 15 mins.

Notes on accommodation: This is our second villa in this area and is a new rental for 2015. Our first villa has 5 bedrooms (sleeps 12 plus 2 infants) on the same urbanisation so have the facilities to hold up to 22 plus 4 infants within a 5 minute walk. So if you are looking at multiple family bookings please get in touch. Or if you would like to read reviews from last year please check out property ref S27028. Upon arrival you will be met at the villa by Steve who will handover the keys and show you about. He is fountain of local knowledge and always happy to be of assistance. We aim to ensure that you have everything you require during your stay. We suggest you book your car as soon as you reserve the villa as rental prices in Spain can be very expensive if you leave it until just before you travel - they seem to be much more reasonable if you book well in advance and most companies only take a deposit. We can recommend car hire companies we use. Please note this is a non smoking villa. Outside: The main features outside are the large 10 x 4 private swimming pool with steps for walking in at the shallow end and ladder steps at the deep. There are plenty sun loungers at the poolside. Pool table and table tennis. There is a large shaded terrace for outdoor dining and a separate bar area with Large Gas BBQ. There are a selection for fruit trees including oranges, tangerines, kiwi fruit, lemon and lime, ideal for making your own Sangria!! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linen along with swimming towels are provided. The villa will be cleaned before and after your stay. If you require an interim clean, this can be provided at an extra cost.

Perfect place for relaxing but full of fun holiday

We have just returned from a brilliant family holiday made possible by staying at this fantastic villa. I can honestly say that everything has been thought of both inside and outside. The villa and facilities exceeded our expectations.

There were eight of us, three adults and five children ( two year old to 13 years old). The villa catered for all our needs. Our grandchildren loved the pool, table tennis table and pool table.

Not once did we hear the dreaded "I'm bored".

Good location, easy drive to coastal resorts and attractions.

It's a perfect place for making wonderful "Happy family memories".

We would not hesitate to book again and can highly recommend it.

Amazing Villa!

Lovely property, immaculately maintained with everything you need to have a superb time with young children and adults. The kids loved the swimming pool, pool table and table tennis, as well as the Sky TV and packages when they were tired!

Location is perfect for day trips to Marbella, Puerto Bunas and Torremolinos.

I would like to also recommend Steve who is a fountain of knowledge, support when needed and information if you require any assistance and an absolute gentleman who helped my family immensely during our holiday break. We hope to return again soon!

Best Villa in Las Delicias!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this villa and we come back every year because it is simply the best villa we have ever stayed in.,There is something for the whole family at this villa, Table tennis, Pool table, amazing swimming pool and a full satellite TV package for the dads!. If you need anything Steve is always on hand to help. Situated in a beautiful quiet area with breathtaking views of the mountains it is very hard to beat. We can wait to get back there.! EXCELLENT VILLA

We have just completed our 4th straight year at this Villa and it never fails to impress. Situated on a lovely urbanisation close to Coin and Alhurain Le Grande. Quite and private facilities at the villa are excellent, modern kitchen (Bosch) Satellite TV and good WIFI and aircon. Very well looked after Villa and a credit to the owners Jude & Jim.

We have already booked for August 2018 and cannot wait to get back.

Fantastic Villa with excellent facilities! Great for kids and large groups.

Great villa exactly as described, fantastic amenities and lots for the kids to do. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as the Villa is a good 10-15 mins drive from the bars and restaurants. Steve was a godsend and there to assist with any queries we had. The villa catered for all ages but was especially great for kids with all the little additional touches, plastic cutlery, glasses and plates etc. A good DVD range and board games meant there was always something to do even on the one cloudy day we had. The kitchen had all the modcons meaning that mealtimes were super easy even for 10 of us! Fantastic holiday all round will definitely book again.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beach is La cala is 15 mins away and Fuengirola is 20 mins, The whole of the Costa Del Sol is available for beach visits. A favourite is Cala de Mijas, about 30 minutes drive away through some magnificent scenery. This is a quiet sandy beach, with a restaurant right on the sand, serving the best of delicious fresh fish. Fuengirola has all the fun of a traditional seaside resort, and Benalmadena has a cable car ride, water park and adventure park. A little further, and you can visit Torremolinos, Marbella,

Travel:

Malaga airport is 30 minutes drive away. All the UK budget airlines fly to Malaga, such as Ryanair, Easyjet and Jet2.

A car is necessary.

Distances:

It is 5km to Coin and Alhaurin el Grande. These are traditional lively Spanish towns with a wide range of services, supermarkets, restaurants etc. They each have a weekly market, and regular fiestas. Mijas is a famous hillside village, about 20 minutes away. Further afield, you can visit El Chorro, an area of lakes, rocks and gorges, in about an hour, while Ronda, another historic scenic town, is about 90 minutes away, as is Gibraltar. Granada and Sevilla can be reached in 2-3 hours.

Further Details:

Inland Costa del Sol is a wonderful area for exploring, with the best of both worlds - busy seaside towns, historic traditional Spanish pueblos, stunning mountain scenery and perfect peace and tranquillity. There is lots to do - visit the zoo at Fuengirola, water park at Torremolinos! Go horse riding, scuba diving or fishing! Have a drink at the marina in Puerto Banus and people-watch the millionaires! Catch the train in Fuengirola to Malaga and visit the Picasso museum! Spend 6 Euro and have a day at the video gaming hall in the nearby shopping centre, all games included!
