We are Tony and Alison, an Auto Electrician / Mechanic and Nurse for more than 40 years, originally from the UK.

We had been coming to the Algarve for our holidays for about 15 years and fell in love with it, and like many people we dreamed of owning a property here. A dream that we realised about six years ago.

Our apartment was bought from nearly new and furnished to a high standard.

Very nice apartment

Had a great holiday in this very nice, clean apartment. Well located for beaches, town etc. Close to a good supermarket. Tony the owner provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the fridge was even stocked on arrival with wine, beer, soft drinks, water , cheese, ham, bread, tea, coffee and much more. Armacao de pera is a lovely town with wonderful beaches and we were made to feel very welcome in the town restaurants. Highly recommended. Only thing to make our holiday even better would have been air conditioning as it was very hot at night in August and difficult to sleep with doors wide open with the town noises.

Lovely Apartment In Armacao

The Apartment was just as described, close to the beach and close to all amenities. The Apartment was very clean and had lots of extras that you wouldn't normally get, for example enough to have a snack if too tired to venture out and hot or cold drinks, also towels and various items to use on the beach. Also another big extra, Tony picked us up from the airport and gave us plenty of information on the way to the apartment, Tony also took us back to the airport. Yes, I would recommend this property to anyone, it's a beautiful apartment with everything you need. It was nice to know that if you did have any problems or needed help you could call Tony. Thanks Tony

Great place to stay!

Our family of four just returned from 10 nights in this apartment. The apartment was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and tidy with lots of facilities and helpful things that you wouldn't normally expect in a holiday apartment to make the stay very easy and enjoyable e.g. fully equipped kitchen and things to use on the beach. As we were driving from the airport the owner kindly met us and guided us to the apartment block and showed us round to make sure we settled in quickly. The location within walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches and a wide variety of local restaurants and supermarkets ensured a relaxed and easy holiday. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great stay!

We just returned from a great 7 day stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described, very clean and well maintained. Tony was great to deal with - very responsive, professional and helpful. He was also a very gracious host who stocked the apartment and fridge with everything we could possibly need to get our holiday started. We would definitely recommend this property for other families/couples/travellers who are looking for a great base to explore the Algarve. Thanks Tony!

Loverly Time

Never been to portugal before , what a loverly supprise one of the best places we have been in our much travelled lives . We were picked up at the Airport taken to this loverly Apartment , we were given the guided tour of the Apartment and the surrounding area. The Apartment is a loverly clean modern place to stay , spotlessly maintained to a high standard . The Owner was a great help showing us around locally for shops,beach etc and a contact if anything was not how we expected it to be , [no problem there].The owner gave us the location of all the best places to eat out we tried them all and were not dissapointed .We have recommended this apartment to friends and family we are also returning to this apartment in September . Location

From the Owner

We love the area being close to many beautiful beaches and also close to the countryside. It is a fantastic place to 'get away from it all' but at the same time you have everything you would want close to hand. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance the supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance too. Being in the Central Algarve, means it's a great place to be based for access to the rest of the Algarve including the water parks, shopping centres, golf and much more. It is not essential to have a car. Public transport is available. Most of the attractions have a courtesy bus service. It's an ideal location for couples and families and anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

We can supply details of a local company if required. Car hire can be from as little as 30 euros per day for a small car depending on the time of year.

A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking.
Full payment is required preferably by Bank Transfer or PayPal 6 weeks before the holiday.
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is also required then.
The deposit is repaid if no damage or loss of items has occurred. The cost of repair or replacement is taken from the deposit, the remainder is returned within 2 weeks of departure.
A charge of £20 (€25) per key is made for non-return of a key; taken from the damage deposit.

Changeover Day:
Changeover is flexible to meet the travel needs of the holiday maker. The apartment is available from 4.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00am on the last day. It may be possible to vary these times by prior arrangement.

Our personal service ensures that the apartment is spotlessly clean and we provide the extra little touches such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, and a bottle of wine for your arrival. Also those other necessities you need when you arrive such as washing up liquid, dishcloth, kitchen towel and toilet paper. All linen and towels are provided including towels for the beach. There is a detailed information pack with all you need to know about the apartment and the Algarve. The location is quiet even though it is only a five minute walk from the 3 Kilometre beach. The area is easily accessible, with Faro airport less than an hour drive away.
