Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac on the prestigious community of Hampton Lakes. Only 15 minutes to Disney, the villa is ideally located for theme parks, shops, restaurants and golf courses. If you are looking for a spacious villa with privacy, look no further. There is over 2800 sq. ft.of living space, comprising 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 separate lounges, modern fully equipped kitchen and a games room. Free WI-FI, Five TV's, Cable TV, Xbox 360, DVD player and a selection of DVD's provide opportunities for relaxation after busy days at the theme parks. Or just choose a book from the selection in the villa and relax by the pool. The barbecue and covered lanai are very popular for that evening al fresco dining, especially as the sun deck area, the pool, deck and lanai are not overlooked. Within 5 minutes of Interstate 4, giving access to all of the theme parks and the beautiful gulf beaches, the villa is also ideally located for numerous golf courses and shops.

We loved staying at the property, which was outstanding and Alan and Sharon were fantastic

We just finished two weeks holiday over Xmas at the property which was nothing short of fantastic. The property was first class as was the support and service of Alan and Sharon who could not have done more for us to make our stay and Christmas so enjoyable.

Fabulous Home from Home

We’ve stayed at Alan and Sharons home before and we keep coming back because it is so amazing. It’s clean, well looked after with no signs of wear and tear like some other homes. It has all the amenities you could want or need and Alan and Sharon keep adding to it all the time. It’s in a fabulous location, peaceful yet close to everything. Amazing outdoor space to eat, sunbathe or swim and suitable for large families without feeling cramped. We’ll definitely be back.....again

Perfection

Having stayed in many Florida Homes over the years we're in a decent position to claim this one as just about perfect. With such a huge choice there are a few things that for us make the difference. 1. Is it clean...really clean and not just on the surface? Absolutely it is. Every corner of every shower and the oven, the carpet and the furniture included. Everything was super clean. 2. Can I happily use the kitchen equipment to cook? Absolutely I could. The pots and pans are of good quality and spotlessly clean. We struggled to think of something we needed that wasn't there even down to a juicer and egg cups. 3 Does the home really feel like a home with TV options and solid WiFi? Absolutely it does. Moreso than back at home in fact. 4. Is the neighbourhood a good one? Hampton Lakes is truly excellent and we saw security everyday quietly checking the area which is immaculate and upscale 5. Communication with the owner and the local management company. We checked in with Alan a couple of times and his responses were immediate. We called the management company to get some help with changing the gas tank on the BBQ and again the response was immediate. We are already trying to arrange another stay here. Superb home.

Superb villa, great location

I have just returned from Florida having rented this villa for two weeks. Myself, my wife, my son and girlfriend travelled. When we arrived at the villa we were obviously a bit tired after the journey, the owner had left a personal welcoming note for us and a complimentary bottle of wine with a few snacks which we thought was a nice touch. The villa itself is very large and is in impeccable condition, very clean and tidy and with very welcoming air-conditioning which was a must in the heat. Very large master bedroom which my wife and I used, my son and his girl were in the opposite side of the house in another large bedroom, there were another 3 bedrooms which we never used but were very well laid out. There were 2 separate living areas, both with very comfortable seating which we found handy in the late evening as we could have our space and my son could have his. Lots of t.v available, also t.v.s in almost every room. Games room has a great full size pool table which we used most nights, also a football game there as well. The kitchen is very well appointed with spotless cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer etc, more than enough crockery, cutlery and also lots of plastic plates etc, which was very handy for using when eating in the pool area, mostly barbecue for us which we enjoyed. The pool itself is large and very clean with several inflatables available to use.The Wi-Fi in the property is very good and I had no complaints from my son and his girl who are like most young people these days and are glued to their phones. Lastly I would like to thank the owner Alan for his first class communications in the booking process and also the informative files available in the villa. I can highly recommend this property to any family looking to rent in this area of Florida, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic House and Location

This is our second stay at Scott Disney and once again we had a fantastic time. The house is in a lovely location in terms of proximity to attractions and in our case golf courses. It is also in a great location within Hampton Lakes with sun in the pool/deck area all day through to the evening. The house was very clean on our arrival and there was also a lovely welcome pack and message from the owners Alan and Sharon. Inside the house there is everything you need to make your holiday a real pleasure. The bedrooms are all well fitted and very comfortable. There are loads of room in all of the living rooms which have everything you need. The kitchen is also very well equipped for all numbers of guests. Also the pool/deck and Lanai area is excellent and really good for outside living. We have stayed in a number of very nice villas and this is our favorite by far.

We are Alan and Sharon Scott and together with our children, John, Kristina and Callum we love to visit Florida.
We have been Holidaying, with our extended family on Hampton Lakes for over 20 years.
Living in the North east of England we particularly enjoy the good weather, no matter the month there are always lots to see and do here. Whether it be the obvious theme parks, Disney, Universal,Seaworld and Busch Gardens or the wonderful warm Gulf Coast beaches or wilder Atlantic Coast we just found ourselves returning again and again.
Having just retired we now have the opportunity to own our own home in the sun.

Why they chose this property

We have holidayed here for over 20 years and when it came time to buy our own villa there really was no choice for us.
It had to be Hampton lakes.
It is a prestigious estate, beautifully maintained and in particular we have always found the communal amenities Tennis, Basketball and Volleyball courts are immaculately kept.
There is easy access to the major attractions at Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld and Busch Gardens as well as both east and west coasts.
The choice of restaurants, shops and Golf courses is bewildering but with the kids help we have tried to visit them all!

What makes this property unique

Our Villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a very private pool and sun deck, screened by an attractive hedge.
We have stayed in a number of villas on this estate and the design and location of ours works best for us.
The private screened pool, covered lanai and barbecue mean we spend most of our time out doors. No matter what time of year. We love having breakfast outside listening to the birdsong.
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms there is always plenty of room for family and friends when we visit.
The well equipped kitchen means when we don't want to eat out or order in I can cook at home. There's even a dishwasher to take care of the washing up.
To further enhance your stay we have a slate bed pool table, table football (foosball), cable TV, DVDs, books and games.
