Apartment in Calahonda, Costa del Sol, Spain

Ideally situated only 150 metres from local shopping complex with supermarket, cashpoint, chemist, newsagent and cafe bar. Only a couple of minutes walk to 'El Zoco centre' which contains many different bars and restaurants and the local beach is less than a 2 minute walk. Only 25 minutes from Malaga airport and a few minutes drive along the coast to Marbella and Fuengirola. Only a five minute drive to one of the coasts best beaches (Cabopino)

Great Value for Money

We are a party of 2 adults and 2 teenagers who have just returned from a great 9 night stay at this apartment. From start to finish the whole process was extremely easy and hassle free. Jillian also arranged the transfers which was great as we were taken directly to the apartment and shown around. The location is ideal with as much or as little walking as you want, supermarkets, bars and restaurants on your door step but as the area is very residential it is very quiet and often had the swimming pool to ourselves. The apartment is great value for money had all the basic essentials for a family holiday. The apartment does not have air conditioning but does have a couple of large fans, it did get a bit warm at night but it was July after all!!

We would recommend this apartment and would definitely return.

Activity and Interests


Calahonda beach is less than 2 min walk. Great chiringuitos (beach bar/restaurant) on the beach near the apartment (with great fish food and paella). Cabopino beach is 15 min walk away and the beach is known for its golden sands, beautiful port, water sports and great selection of chiringuitos and restaurants.


Marbella 7 miles, Puerto Banus 8 miles.

Only 25 min drive from Malaga airport

Many bars and restaurants are 5 min walk along with local supermarkets. Nearby, all amenities (taxis, bus stops, beach, car hire, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy and doctors).


Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, together with all amenities. Marbella is a 10 min drive away with great shopping and beautiful Old town. Fuengirola is only a 12-15 min drive away with its great Zoo, Aqua Park and Lively Nightlife. Selwo Adventure Park is just 30 min away in Estepona. A must has to be the world famous Puerto Banus 15 min away with its designer shops, bars and restaurants. Other places of interest all around 30 minutes away are, Ronda, Mijas, Benhavis, Benal

The complex is situated front line with direct access onto the newly built boardwalk, linking Calahonda to La Cala and Cabopino.
