A comfortable and modern ground floor air conditioned apartment with 2 twin bedded rooms with an en-suite to the master bedroom and further family bathroom, well equipped kitchen and lounge/diner is set peacefully in beautifully landscaped gardens with a 3 tiered swimming pool and cafe/bar. There are a further 3 swimming pools on site with cafe/bars and a continental restaurant. Children's play areas with swings and slide are set nearby in the lawned areas. There's a children's club in the main season,basket ball, net ball, mini golf and tennis courts for the guests to use and a handy local shop where you can buy news papers, milk, bread and general groceries.This fabulous location set in manicured gardens with plenty of open spaces is close enough to walk to the old town and fisherman's beach. A 20-25 minute stroll is all it will take. and if you don't fancy the walk which maybe too much for the very small children then you can take advantage of the courtesy busy that will take you in for no charge, twice a day, in the morning and afternoon.There is also a public transport service if you wish to be totally independent from just outside the complex.There are two major supermarkets, Aldi and Lidl and they are only 5 minutes away in a Taxi. You can stock up for your holiday and the taxi will cost you less than a fiver. The words of Victor Kiam were that he loved the company so much he decided to buy it. Well my wife and I fell in love with Club Albufeira and while I couldn't afford to buy the whole company I managed a small part in the form of an apartment.The apartment has it's own private wifi connection and the lounge now contains a new Samsung smart TV with full internet capability and a new Sony dvd player allowing for that relaxing night in, watching the popular British soaps or that favorite film.There is a fitted safe in the master bedroom.

My name is Mark and my wife is Jane. I'm approaching 60 years of age and still in full time employment as is my wife who works in the N.H.S.We both fell in love with Albufeira 4 years ago after our first visit and hence 4 years on we decided to invest in an apartment where we could spend time with the family on holiday and also have the ability to rent it out.We covered most of Albufeira in our search of an apartment and decided this one ticked all the boxes.

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is of a high quality. Guests who may enjoy a cigarette are asked to use the private terrace area outside as the apartment inside is non smoking.It is important for guests to feel totally relaxed and so please ask any questions regarding your future stay. Outside: Private sun loungers with cushion covers are provided by the apartment. There is a private patio from the French windows with a garden table and chairs. The lawned areas from the patio slope down to reveal a 3 tiered swimming pool including a child's pool.This is the only heated pool on site. Heated early and late season. Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be cleaned and ready to use with fresh bath towels and bed linen. Please bring your own towels for the beach/swimming pool.For guests that are staying for two weeks there will be a clean & change of towels and bed linen after 7 days.

Excellent apartment!

After extensive searching we finally decided on this lovely apartment in Club Albufeira. Mark's youtube video of the apartment was so accurate and gave a great insight into what we were booking before making any commitment. Attention to detail was evident in this video and this was followed through when we arrived at the actual apartment. Everything that one might wish for is here. The apartment is spacious, immaculate, well equipped and has obviously been updated in a very tasteful manner. The smart t.v was a welcome addition for relaxing at night. The wifi was top notch and a key facility when you are travelling with teenagers. The apartment has aircon. But it is so cool indoors that we didn't need to use it. The patio is beautiful and we spent some lovely days and evenings here. We had one glitch whilst here that I needed to contact Mark about. We had actually thought that maybe we had damaged something. Mark's reply was so reassuring and calm and he was more concerned that the incident might ruin our holiday than anything else. This attitude was present in all of our dealings with him. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We wish Mark and Jane all the very best and wish them very good luck with this venture - it is highly deserved!. We hope to be return guests at some stage in the future.

The old town and Fisherman's beach are a 20-25 minute stroll away.Here you can find a fabulous array of restaurants and coffee bars in an unspoilt location that still oozes the character of a bygone era.The fisherman's beach area is fairly flat which is great for those who may struggle a bit with walking,however if possible it is a must to venture a little further along the coast requiring a little more effort to get up those inclines but once accomplished the views are well worth while.


Faro airport is a 30 minute drive.Car hire is available from the airport. Taxis and shuttle buses can be arranged if required. These will be provided at cost.

Further Details:

There are 2 main supermarkets, Lidl and Aldi which are only a 5 minute drive away. Zoomarine is 10 km away and open all year round.Slide and splash water park,Algarve jeep safaris,Algarve pirate ship cruises,Algarve caves and dolphin watching cruises, Algarve seafaris including fishing, Diving, Krazy world family theme park,Aqualand (the big one) water park.Horse riding,Water sports and of course golf ( Pine Cliffs, Balaia and Salgados are the three closest) are just a variety of activities to keep as occupied as you wish. Change over days vary between a Friday and a Saturday during the holiday season of July and August plus other school holiday breaks and are dependent upon bookings that are already made. Any exceptions these days will need to be verified in writing ourselves. Guests are asked to vacate by 10.30 am on the day of departure.We ask for patience on changeover days that may see guests come and go on the same day. Every effort will be made to have the apartment ready for you on your arrival but realistically it will be early afternoon before it is ready.
