Apartment in Porth, Nr. Newquay, Cornwall, England - Beautiful Location, Perched At The Top Of A Cliff Overlooking The Sea And Porth Beach 500 Yards Walk

The property was purchased brand new in 2014, We believe the Apartment has the Wow Factor, Light and Airy, set in a perfect spot, in a area of outstanding natural beauty, overlooking the Sea, and a central spot for exploring the wonderful, rugged and beautiful Poldark Country. Although in a quite location it is easy to reach many of Cornwall's main towns and attractions. It is an excellent base for exploring Cornwall. Although you don't have to go far as so many Fantastic beaches right on the doorstep, the apartment is situated opposite Whipsderry Beach, and just 500 yards from Porth Beach. There are numerous Places of Interest locally including many National Trust properties, St Michaels Mount, Landhydrock House, Trerice House, Bedruthansteps, Crantock Beach. on the other hand you are only minutes away from Newquay with its wonderful Surfing beaches, Golf Club, Pubs, Spas, Wine Bars, Restaurants and Newquay Zoo. if you are feeling energetic, you can always hire a bike and cycle the Camel trail. Across the road from the apartment are magnificent cliff top walks, and turning to the left you can walk across to Porth Island a bronze age burial site. or turning right you can walk to Watergate Bay approx. 1 mile. I can highly recommend a stroll along the Cliff in the morning, and breakfast at Jamie Oliver's 15 (although booking is advisable.) You get a feeling of complete safety and relaxation whilst staying at the apartment. The Apartment has been furnished to

a Tasteful extremely high standard, with modern comfortable leather sofas, Large Flat screen TV, and many extras. You will need to use an Electronic key fob to gain entry into the block along with the added benefit of allocated secure parking for one car in the basement. Newquay Airport is 2.8 miles away should you wish to fly down. Watergate Bay is approximately 1 mile away, where you can join the Surf school or Dine in Jamie Oliver's restaurant. The Apartment has a Large open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner a delightful balcony overlooking the sea where on warm barmy nights you can sip your wine. the Apartment is equipped to the highest standard, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped with White Gloss units, integral Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc. and beautiful Granite worktops. there are Tasteful Art works around the apartment, Large Flat screen TV, Playstation3, ipod dock, and Games for the children. Free Wi-Fi for the guests. The Luxury Bathroom and En-suite are both fully tiled and have power showers, plenty of storage space and soft fluffy white towels provided. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Should the need arise the apartment has underfloor heating with thermostats in each room. The bedrooms have fully fitted mirrored wardrobes, and there is a utility room for the storage of you cases. There is also a surf cage in the car park should this be required The Apartment is situated on the 1st floor, with the choice of stairs or a lift. Locally there are numerous restaurants, and a good choice of major supermarkets in Newquay.

We had an amazing holiday,fantastic location and apartment. Elaine was so organized with every detail you needed to know, went above and beyond her duties to reassure us all is well(original holiday cancelled) what a blessing..

The apartment was spotless and equipped to the highest standard and the beds are so comfy.

Fantastic location and apartment

The apartment is ideally situated about 3 miles from the airport on the way to Newquay which is only a further mile or so.

It is well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout. Dishwasher, washing machine etc

Immaculately clean.

Beach opposite and secure carpark underneath for your car.

Deposit returned without any issue or delay.

Highly recommended.

End of Summer Stay

We enjoyed a really nice mid September stay at this lovely apartment in a really great location, There was a lovely gift to greet us and we found the apartment nicely furnished, spacious and immediately felt at home, Everything looked new, from the general fittings to the cutlery and the crockery. The Power showers were fantastic, and the beds were comfortable and spotlessly clean All the contact we had with Elaine right from the word go was brilliant she was so friendly and came back to us immediately if we had any questions. We have absolutely no hesitation is recommending this apartment and the area that it is located in, fantastic stay!

Beautiful Apartment - excellent location!

Highly recommended! Elaine was really organised and friendly and everything we needed to know was emailed to us in plenty of time. The Apartment is beautifully appointed well maintained and extremely clean. There was also a lovely surprise waiting for us when we got there and we felt at home straight away. Location was perfect, close to 2 gorgeous sandy beaches and within easy driving distance of so much more. We had a great afternoon having a go at Segway which was a really good family activity and spent several days on Fistral beach. I have to admit the Car park is quite snug but once we had done it a few times it was fine and it was comforting to know the car was parked safely underneath the Apartments. Also very good to park up and leave all the wetsuits, body boards etc in the lockable cages to dry off before taking the lift up to the Apartment.Thank you so much!

We loved the location on the outskirts of Newquay, meaning you were away from the hustle and bustle, but it was accessible if you wanted it. Nearby beaches were stunning.

Fantastic spot for all ages, highly recommend

Upon arrival the apartments looked very smart and modern in a very pretty spot with fantastic views. The apartment is ideally located with very enjoyable walks to spots such as Watergate Bay and Newquay. The apartment itself was very clean inside with modern facilities whilst keeping a seaside cornish feel. The flat was a good size ideal for a family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Since holidaying in Cornwall as a small child it has always been my dream to own a property in Watergate Bay, it was much quieter then. When I found our Brand New apartment in Zenith, at the top of a Cliff overlooking the sea, with the most fantastic views just yards from the Beach, Porth Beach a five minute walk and approx. 1 mile from Watergate Bay, and other fabulous beaches. With stunning walks, and wonderful restaurants in the area e.g. Jamie Oliver's, Rick Stein's I could not believe it was possible to have an apartment in such a stunning and interesting location, so close to many spots of outstanding natural beauty, and in a tranquil spot and only 2.8 miles from Newquay airport should I wish to fly down.

Watergate Bay with Surf school, Jamie Oliver's restaurant is a 20min walk along a beautiful cliff side path.

The Apartment was Brand new when purchased in 2014, it has a wonderful large open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner with Underfloor heating should the need arise. it is tastefully furnished with Large flat screen TV, PlayStation 3, DVD and iPod docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped Fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine. High quality pots pans and crockery. and spotlessly clean. The main bedroom has a King size luxury Divan, with Sanderson Bedding, and en-suite shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds decorated in a Nautical theme, and Luxury bathroom with White sumptuous towels. Situated on the 1st floor, set back from the road, but still has the benefit of a Sea View from the Balcony. The property benefits from underground secure parking, although if you have a large car or 4x4 the entrance/exit is very tight.
