The townhouse is distributed over two floors and is presented in an excellent renovated condition having maintained many original features which are subtly incorporated into the modern ambience. Upon entering the property through beautiful wooden doors, complete with windows for extra light, you enter into a very light and spacious living area with access to an open plan modern kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers a larder for further storage space. From this area, there is access to a lovely courtyard complete with storage cupboards for laundry facilities. From the courtyard, you can access directly to the street which is a really nice feature particularly in summer. On the second floor, you will find a large master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the lovely balcony with views over the rooftops of the Pollenca town. The second bedroom also offers an ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. The property offers full modern commodities including hot/ cold air conditioning, double glazing, solid and secure window frames and yet still offers many traditional Mallorcan features such as a lovely fireplace, wooden beams and a very impressive stone facade. All of which combined are attributes to a very unique townhouse.

A fab holiday

What a great house this is! Perfect for our family holiday to Pollensa.

The location is 5mins from the shops and restaurants of the old town. We loved going out for evening meals in the market square, where the girls (4 and 2) could safely run around with other kids. We spent a few days at local beaches which are a short (10-15 min) drive away and perfect for little ones as the water is nice and shallow. We also spent some time at the local swimming pool which is pristine. Warning: you have to wear swimming caps or they won't let you in!

The house itself was spotless and well appointed with everything we could have needed including lie-lows, buckets and spades, water pistols, etc.

The girls slept in the twin room whilst we stayed in the double. There is also a single pullout futon in the double room. There are two showers but the one off the master bedroom is big enough to wash yourself and kiddies after a long day at the beach.

A really beautiful and comfortable house in a gorgeous setting in the old town. The service from Helen and the owner, Simon, was great as well. Only drawback is the lack of off street parking but in medieval towns with gorgeous narrow streets you wouldn't expect this. We would definitely book this property again!!

Fantastic town house in the great Pollensca town

We wanted to stay in a local town away from the hustle and bustle of any commercial sea fronts. With Pollensca we weren't disappointed. Its fantastic! Loved the local atmosphere: sitting in some of the restaurants with all the locals and all ages! The local food and wine is excellent to and if you have young children (as we had one 2.5 year old) all the restaurants looked over the local square: so you can eat relaxed and watch the children play.

The townhouse we stayed in was exactly as it describes: located in town right next to all the local amenities. When we arrived we were blown away having been met by Helen: who had already prepared a lunch for us. This was just what be needed: Helen welcomed us and introduced us to all the facilities. "Home from home" is exactly the phrase - blue tooth capabilites even with the phones and the iPad. The owner, Simon had prepared maps etc of the location of the house; and indicated the best places to go for food; groceries etc. This was really handy.

The home is a great space, there was only three of us but it is a roomy and very tastefully decorated. For us the great benefits were the really practical aspects of what was on offer. We cycled to the beach every day the town house was cleverly stocked with a cooler bag for your shopping and ice packs to take to the beach. Open one of the cupboards downstairs and we found; beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets and spades bats and balls, everything you could need. It is an amazing situated town house, great space lovely rooms and shower rooms. It was really hot when we visited and the air con was a perk! We are having another two week break here this year and are so glad we chose this place for our holiday. We are a particularly active family: if you are the same check out the most amazing local swimming pool we spent several days there outside; picnic and all for less than six euros!!!! Cant wait for our next holidays :) thank you Simon and Sue :):)

Calle Lleo - Pollenca

The 2 bedroomed house is immaculate and has everything you need. Pollenca is a fantastic town where you can eat, drink, shop or take a stroll around its historic buildings.

We were welcomed warmly, even though we arrived at nearly mid-night. Nothing was a trouble and we help would be just around the corner if we needed it. This is ideal for two couples or a family. And a slow start reading your book from the bedroom balcony looking at wonderful view is just perfect. There is even a rolling pantry so you don't have to buy everything from scratch.

The beach is 10 min drive to Purto Pollenca or Cala St Vincente, Cala Mollins beach is our favourite, with easy parking, and places to eat a drink just a short distance away.

We will definitely be going back.

Fabulous house

This is the best house we have ever rented, it's spotlessly clean and modern, everything you might need is there.

Received a warm welcome from Helen the lady who manages the house, she had prepared us a lovely lunch and took time to explain where everything was and how things worked.

Air con, loads of hot water, massive fridge, comfortable beds, nice towels and bedding, little private outside area, bathrooms really nice, plenty of hanging space and drawers.

Only a stroll into town, great restaurants and bars and unusual little shops.

I would certainly book this house again and would recommend it to everyone.

Fabulous holiday.....we're going to book again for next year!

Lots of friends had recommended Pollenca as the place to holiday especially with a young family & now we know why! The old town is just beautiful and perfect for a wander about doing a bit of shopping, drinking coffee, and eating ice-cream. Then in the evenings we could eat dinner in the main square whilst the children played with all the other children. The local beaches are very safe for swimming & our 2 had a great time.

Calle Lleo was a perfect residence for us. Very central, immaculate & well equipped - including beach chairs, umbrella & bucket & spades! Helen made us a lovely lunch on arrival which was perfect after an early start & couldn't do enough for us. Great time had by all & already looking forward to next year.

Perfectly charming town house right in pollensa centre

Lovely stylish town house right in the centre of Pollensa, a 2 min walk from the pretty town square; very clean and tidy; we were met by Helen who was just great, really helpful. The holiday was extremely enjoyable and we would definitely stay there again.
