Town House in Pollensa, North Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Located Just 3 minutes walk from the Main Square And The Calvario Steps

The townhouse is distributed over two floors and is presented in an excellent renovated condition having maintained many original features which are subtly incorporated into the modern ambiance. Upon entering the property through beautiful wooden doors, complete with windows for extra light, you enter into a very light and spacious living area with access to an open plan modern kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers a larder for further storage space. From this area, there is access to a lovely courtyard complete with storage cupboards for laundry facilities. From the courtyard, you can access directly to the street which is a really nice feature particularly in summer. On the second floor, you will find a large master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the lovely balcony with views over the rooftops of the Pollenca town. The second bedroom also offers an ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. The property offers full modern commodities including hot/ cold air conditioning, double glazing, solid and secure window frames and yet still offers many traditional Mallorcan features such as a lovely fireplace, wooden beams and a very impressive stone facade. All of which combined are attributes to a very unique townhouse. We operate a Saturday check in only during the summer months and a minimum of 7 days stay.

Superb town house in a wonderful location within easy reach of the beautiful town centre

We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing holiday at Calle Lleo. Simon was very good at keeping in touch and provided lots of helpful information regarding places to visit, good restaurants etc and also introduced us to Tapas Thursday which was good fun. On arrival we were met by Helen who was lovely and took time to show us around the house explaining where things were and how they worked. She had also provided a lovely lunch for us which was most enjoyable after our early start and long journey. .

The house is well equipped, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We liked the rolling pantry idea and hopefully we have left a few bits and bobs that others may find useful. The house is just a few minutes walk from the town centre where you will find lots of really good restaurants, lovely shops, chemist and of course the beautiful church which is definitely worth a visit. The town square comes alive at night and is a safe place for children to play whilst parents enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. It's delightful when the white bunting is up during the prime holiday and festival season.

Although there are a couple of very good supermarkets on the outskirts of the town, a visit to the Pollenca food market on the square on Sunday morning should not be missed. A variety of fresh fruit and veg is always on offer along with olives, cheese, meat and bread.

Our favourite beach to visit is Cala Mollins at Cala Sa Vicente, just a short drive away. Parking here is easy and the beach is safe and fairly quiet. Good area for snorkelling. Lovely beach bars and we can recommend Modesto, a beautiful restaurant where the food is just wonderful. You will probably need to book in advance.

Other people have commented that sometimes parking at the house could be an issue but we seemed to be quite lucky and always managed to find somewhere nearby. Best to hire a small car if possible though as the streets are quite narrow as you might expect and it can be a bit tricky negotiating parked cars and oncoming traffic.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday in Pollenca which was only made better by the lovely accommodation. Simon is a very good host and hopefully we will be able to make a return visit in the not too distant future.

Fantastic location

We stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect location to explore northern Mallorca. Simon the owner was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit. He responded quickly to queries and Helen was on site to meet us when we arrived with a lovely lunch. She was very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault the house, it was well equipped, comfortable and had everything you needed. The WiFi was fast and reliable. We managed to find parking every day, about 5 mins walk from the house . Supermarkets were in easy reach and we absolutely loved Pollenca. The market on Sunday in particular was wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely house.

Lovely townhouse in a perfect location

Warmly welcomed by Helen upon arrival who had laid on a very nice lunch. House is very clean and very well presented. Location is perfect for wandering around Pollenca with all the shops and restaurants very close. Parking is an issue but stopping outside to unload is not. If you are not lucky on the streets there is a parking area about 10 mins walk from the house towards the main road. The house is very well equipped but we did think it needed a second 2 seater sofa. Will be highly recommending this house to friends and family. Booking process with Simon the owner excellent.

Perfect Location

The town house is lovely and clean, a lot of thought has gone into it, we especially loved the balcony - the mountain view. We had a warm welcome from Helen.We loved that the shops, restaurants and bars are short walk away as well as the bus stops . We enjoyed sampling the fruit at the Sunday Market held in the square!It was a fantastic holiday and there is a never ending list of exciting things to do.

Nice small townhouse

We had a great stay in Pollensa. Property managers were very friendly, the apartment was very clean and nice, the location was very convenient. The only issues were parking (it's quite difficult to find a spot) and glass doors without any locks in the bathrooms.
