It is 5 minutes walk away to Lusty Glaze beach and 8 minutes walk away to Tolcarne beach, plus having very close access to the rest of Newquay / Porth beaches.

The house is within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars and shops and is ideally situated for exploring the many attractions of Cornwall. The centre of Newquay can be reached within a 10 minute walk.

We chose this house specifically for it's location within Newquay. We have a young family and wanted a house where we could walk to the beach and town, whilst being out of sight and sound from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant town life. Ocean's Reach has it all.

What makes this house unique

Newquay is set on the beautiful wild side of North Cornwall, where the Atlantic Ocean meets its shores. The area has stunning scenery, beaches and coastal walks as well as numerous attractions close at hand.

Lovely family home in a great location, fantastic!

It was a lovely clean & spacious family home, in a great location & it was a nice surprise to have scones to welcome us upon arrival. The only negative was the gardens were a bit overgrown and we didn't have enough towels for the 8 of us, but apart from that we had a fabulous holiday!

Great property in a great location

This property is well maintained and well kitted out. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

It is 10 mins walk from the local beach and well serviced by an excellent chip shop and other take aways (that all deliver).

We'll definitely be telling our friends about this place and would come back again the next time we want to go to this area.

Booking Notes:

PAYMENT CURRENCY - pound sterling only

PAYMENT - A deposit is taken, then 5 weeks before the holiday commences the balance is settled. Please note: The deposit required is immediately non-refundable. If you cancel after the final balance is paid, we will refund the final balance if the house is let again for the same period, less £120.00 administration charge.

As soon as we receive your final payment, we will send your welcoming letter with all the details including access to the house, map etc.
We would suggest you and party book up travel insurance for the duration of your stay.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT - The refundable damage deposit will be paid back by bank transfer into a bank of your choice upon a satisfactory check-out procedure from our management company who will come to the house after you leave at 10am.

This is a NON SMOKING property.

PETS are not permitted in the house unless we give express authorisation.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons.

MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a three (3) or seven (7) night minimum stay depending on the seasonality of the booking. No early check-in or late check-out.

INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Facilities fees and cleaning are included in the rental rate.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.

PARKING – In the driveway or in the road (free parking in the road)
