About Peter

My name is Peter. With my partner Vicky we own and manage properties on the Costa del Sol. We live in a finca in the hills 20 km from Marbella surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. Originally from North West England now 10 years in Andalusia. We love the sunshine life - tapas and drinks in the village square - sunny walks with our dog - and the abundance of simple fresh food. Our family from the UK are regular visitors - this is when we become "tourists" and visit the numerous attractions of the area.

We pride ourselves with the quality of our properties. We strive for perfection and are on hand to advise and assist customers during their stay. Many of our customers have become firm friends over the years and we have numerous returning clients.

Why Peter chose Marbella area

We love the peace of this quite area. It is a UNESCO protected area of natural beauty with ancient oak and cork trees. An abundance of wildlife, birds and an array of seasonal wild flowers. Yet it is only 8 minutes by car to the Elviria commercial centre. Restaurants cafes shops and Banks all at hand. Close to the blue flag beaches with miles of golden sand.

What makes this apartment unique

We particularly enjoy the on site golf course the tennis gym and spa area. When relaxing we love the spectacular sea and mountain views from the terrace.

We recently installed a state of the art TV entertainment system. TV Films Music and radio. In excess of 150 channel subscription IPTV system. UK HD with Premium channels. Fast wi fi internet makes the property home from home.

“Relaxing and healthy winter sun holiday in a beautiful setting”

We love Peters apartment at El Soto and have been going there for holidays at least 5 times since 2009. What particularly attracts us is the friendly price (for winter season) and excellent sport facilities (golf, tennis, gym etc). Location is great - we love the quietness in the resort up in the mountains and in the meantime easy access to major supermarket chains, markets and nice sandy beach (10 minutes by car). Peter is such a nice and honourable man. He is always responsive, extremely informative and helpful, and he looks after all our requirements. If you are going to use the golf course, then i would highly recommend properties in Phase 1, as the new path to the course only takes a few minutes walking and save a lot of hassle getting the car out of the garage. We have had so many nice memories of this place, and our children say they want to live there forever!

“Excellent holiday experience”

Stayed at this apartment in August 2014 with my husband and 2 teenage children. Fantastic modern 2 bedroomed apartment, with all amenities. The pool was lovely just below our balcony, no rowdy crowds just families, perfect. 15 mins from Fuengirola and La Cala so plenty to do during the day and night, with loads of lovely restaurants.

Perfect for either a family holiday or for adults with plenty of things to do close by.

Myself, husband and three children thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day break. We were impressed by the hospitality in the club house and Kudo and nothing was a bother for anyone involved. The apartment was clean and had everything available while on holiday. The views are spectacular and our children had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. The owner Peter was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to make our holiday enjoyable.

Booking Notes:
A 20% deposit secures. Balance 2 months prior to arrival. We accept payments in £GBP via a secure link. PayPal and most Credit/ Debit cards with a 2.5% charge. UK Bank Transfer without charge. We also accept EUR equivalent Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy : Super Strict - no refunds.

Arrival time 3.00pm Departure 11.00am - flexible whenever possible.
For Late arrivals after 10pm in resort there is a 30EUR charge. This increases to 50EUR after midnight and prior to 8.00am.


Notes on prices:
Extra beds: Two Sturdy folding with linen (bedding and towels) charged at 6 EUR per night per bed payable locally on arrival.
Cots/High Chairs: 2 sets - as new cot, mattress, cot linen, and high chair. All these items are changed annually to ensure a high standard. Charge 6EUR per night per set payable locally on arrival.
Refundable Damage Deposit £150.00GBP returned after inspection within 7 days
Beach/Pool towels are not provided. Available at 4EUR each as an extra.

Both Apartaments were excellent

Thanks to Peter & Vicky who were both very helpful during our stay.(especially when finding the place on arrival as it's right up in the hills but with amazing views)

Both apartments were an excellent standard & we particularly liked the furnishings & décor in the ground floor apt. Shame about the mosquitos I got more bites in 11 dates than my last 4 trips to Spain but I suppose it comes with the territory.(will have industrial strength repellent next time.) The facilities at El Soto were excellent (apart from the floodlights on the tennis court not working & the light in the Jacuzzi) as one of the reasons we chose this place was so we could play tennis regularly & more often than not we played when the sun was going down as it was very hot for October (not complaining) Tom who controls these things told us after a couple of days that the electrician wasn't available so we wouldn't have lights for the duration of our stay. One a positive note the restaurant in the clubhouse is excellent & very good value (Thanks Richard.) & there is a wealth of different restaurants & bars in Elviria & other places nearby (Cabopina is a nice, with a harbour & some nice restaurants)

All round a very enjoyable & relaxing stay.

Lovely place to stay

The apartment was lovely, had everything you needed and a few little extras. Well decorated with comfy beds. The pool areas are lovely and kept our 1 year old well entertained. Plenty of places to eat and drink within 10 mins drive, we explored lots of the surrounding areas but loved coming back to the peace and quiet of the El Soto apartments.
