About Peter

My name is Peter. With my partner Vicky we own and manage properties on the Costa del Sol. We live in a finca in the hills 20 km from Marbella surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. Originally from North West England now 10 years in Andalusia. We love the sunshine life - tapas and drinks in the village square - sunny walks with our dog - and the abundance of simple fresh food. Our family from the UK are regular visitors - this is when we become "tourists" and visit the numerous attractions of the area.

We pride ourselves with the quality of our properties. We strive for perfection and are on hand to advise and assist customers during their stay. Many of our customers have become firm friends over the years and we have numerous returning clients.

Why Peter chose Marbella

We particularly like this area for it's prime location overlooking Aloha golf course just 5 minutes drive to Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts vibrant night life and restaurants for all tastes. We love Marbella Old Town - winding streets, orange square and authentic tapas bars.

What makes this house unique

You will love the sunny terrace bathed in morning sunshine. Enjoy the local fresh fruit vedge and fish bought inexpensively on the local markets. When you need a change from the bustling night life you can look out to the sea from the terrace glimmering in the moonlight.

“Relaxing stay, beautiful surrounding close to beach & town”

The property was well equipped and spacious for the four of us, set in lovely grounds. Beds very comfortable and plenty of outside space for lunches, sun bathing. The pool was nice but cold in October. The driving instructions made it easy to find and it was easy to get to and from the beach and Marbella for shopping, lunches. Some nice restaurants close by and supermarkets for supplies.

4 or 5 golf courses on the doorstep but very expensive to play a round. WIFI provided plus Lots of wifi spots in cafes and bars though and on the beach so teenagers able to get their instagram fix! Happy children, happy parents, a great holiday.

We stayed as a family of four adults and an infant for the second time this year at the Aloha town house and were not really disappointed in any way with the property.Peter was, as always, friendly,professional and helpful.Some times these owner occupied villas,particully the larger ones ,can be 'tired' or the furnishings and fittings are very 'Spanish',but this property met all our expectations.

The property offers very good value compared to what is around, in our opinion and we will

definitly be booking again!

We have just returned from our 2 week holiday staying at the Aloha house which was overlooking the Aloha Golf Course and had amazing views of the La Concha Mountain and towards the sea. The 3 bed roomed house was spacious and well cared for and in a great position for us as a family. On arrival everything was clean and spotless.

Whatever we had asked for prior to our arrival Peter the owner had put in the house for us and he has been a delight to deal with. Would we stay there again - Yes

The large terrace has Al-fresco dining for 6 with hardwood furniture and a large parasol.There is a terrace BBQ. Additionally there is an enclosed courtyard with table and hardwood chairs and wrought iron cushioned love seat - personal sun loungers and earthenware pots complete the ambience. The private residents pool is set in a lawned area with key access. There are ample free sun loungers and shaded areas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: High quality linen and towels are provided. A change of bedding is provided for stays of 10 nights or more. Marbella 5 minutes by car has sandy beaches and an impressive 7 km marble seafront paseo.


Malaga Airport is 25 km from the resort. Car Hire is recommended to visit the surrounding area (Airport collection and return) and we offer discounted competitive rates from major operators .
