About Peter

My name is Peter. With my partner Vicky we own and manage properties on the Costa del Sol. We live in a finca in the hills 20 km from Marbella surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. Originally from North West England now 10 years in Andalusia. We love the sunshine life - tapas and drinks in the village square - sunny walks with our dog - and the abundance of simple fresh food. Our family from the UK are regular visitors - this is when we become "tourists" and visit the numerous attractions of the area.

We pride ourselves with the quality of our properties. We strive for perfection and are on hand to advise and assist customers during their stay. Many of our customers have become firm friends over the years and we have numerous returning clients.

Why Peter chose Mijas area

We like La Cala Hills because it is situated in a quite area and 7 minutes easy access to the coast. Set in lovely countryside you can walk to local bars - 2 restaurants - and a small supermarket. Three golf courses are all within a 10 minute drive and walk to the local tennis club.

What makes this apartment unique

Conveniently located just 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. 8 minutes drive to bustling Fuengirola. The property has great views from the sunny terrace

“This was a perfect location for a quiet break in the sun”

We chose this apartment for a last minute break in the autumn sun. The modern and well appointed apartment and location were perfect for my wife and I. Situated well for a trip to the beach or to many places of interest in the area. At this quiet time we had the garden and swimming pool to ourselves

The arrangements worked well and we were well looked after by Peter.

The apartment was within walking distance of local restaurants and a mini market which met all our requirements.

Great family friendly apartment with lovely balcony overlooking the spacious pool area. The master bedroom is very roomy with plenty of both wardrobe space and chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom has one of the best showers I've ever used. The twin bedroom is reasonably sized but not big enough to have the extra bed in it if you happen to have more than 4 adults staying here. We put the extra bed in the integrated living and dining area which is enormous and the whole apartment is very well air conditioned. The kitchen is good as well, plenty of crockery, cutlery and complete with a dishwasher! The surrounding area and places to eat and drink are very nice, would highly recommend the bar/supermarket/restaurant which has a half price Happy Hour every night and also their food is excellent, especially the chicken wings, Greek salad and the Mexican burgers. The La Morena restaurant is also top notch for lamb and fish meals, a little more expensive but well worth it. We used this apartment as a base for travelling by car to Ronda, Mijas, Nerja and Mijas Costa and would also recommend a visit to all of these places. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment which has a very comfortable large living room leading to balcony overlooking one of the three swimming pools and beautifully laid out gardens. The kitchen is very well equipped. We hired a car from the airport so we could explore the surrounding towns and countryside for which the apartment is well situated. We ate most evenings in one of the several restaurants within walking distance.

Peter enabled us to find and settle into the lovely apartment. Location great, ten mins into La Cala. Bars and couple of eating places available locally but car needed to get to initially get to La Cala hills and for exploring the area. Great support from Peter. Couldn't fault the place or apartment. Big thank you for making a good weeks holiday!
