A ground floor flat which sleeps 2-4. As you enter the main room there is a bathroom to the right and hanging cupboards to the left. Above is the mezzanine floor with double bed, wash room and hanging cupboards. Beyond the entrance is a well equipped kitchen and dining area. This leads into the loggia which has 2 sofa beds and large south west facing windows with slatted blinds overlooking the garden. Menton is famous for its Orange Festival in February and is situated between Monaco and the Italian town of Ventimiglia. It is an old town with great charm. It has a unique eco-climate being protected by the Alpes Maritines which usually gives warm winters. There are many botanical gardens and this sophisticated and cultural region provides numerous activities eg Opera, concerts, hiking, water sports etc.

  • Notes on accommodation: There is a Guardian who can help with queries and minor issues. Paula, who cleans the public areas, will clean the flat on departure by arrangement. The flat must be left clean to a standard of a 5 star hotel bedroom. Outside: Private gardens for the residents of the building - entered with a key. This is a quick route down to the shops. There is some parking within the grounds and more on the road outside. Utility Room: Utility cupboard in the main bathroom with washing machine, vaccuum cleaner and cleaning materials. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are available but must be left clean for the next tenant. Cleaning service available by arrangement for an extra charge of 11 Euro/hour. Other: The Loggia has two sofa beds and a blanket chest and large south west facing windows with slatted blinds overlooking the garden.
