This family house is equipped like your home. The 3 bedrooms, lounge diner and family bathroom are played out over 2 floors with a small patio garden to relax in as the sun sets. It is located in the Hanover area of multicoloured houses which locals like to call muesli mountain due to the plethora of organic delis, artisan bakeries and an award winning organic butcher. It is a short walk to the sea and the centre of Brighton. There are great transport links with a bus at the end of the road offering a quick trip to the marina or the centre. The house is very colourful and bright. We offer guests linen and towels and you will arrive to a welcome pack of tea,coffee,sugar and milk.

Hi, we are Julian and Jan. We have been running holiday lets for over 5 years. We ensure that they are kept up to date, always clean and go out of our way to meet any personal requirements including arranging dinner parties or even booking tickets for a night out. Just let us know! We have chosen to live in Brighton as it has everything - sea, walking, theatre, festivals, pubs and very quirky fun inhabitants. It means we are nearby should you need any help or should there be an issues we can respond immediately. The places we have all have some games books and DVDs should you get a bit of wet weather or fancy a cosy night in. There is also always heating under your control and unlimited hot water.

Notes on accommodation: The house is a cosy space with everything you could need. A real home from home. The master bedroom has a king double bed with 3 draw side chests, bedside lams and sweet fairy lights. There is also a wicker chair and a spacious wardrobe for hanging clothes. Bedroom 2 is a handmade bunk with full size singles and plenty of storage. These are comfy for adults or children alike with their own reading lights. Also upstairs is the family bathroom with mood lighting. The shower is over the bath. Bedroom 3 is downstairs. It is a double bed and also has a chest of drawers and plenty of hanging room. It looks out onto the walled patio garden with table and chairs. Thee lounge diner has a huge 4 seater sofa and a smaller sofa and pouffe. The dining table comfortably seats 6 in the bay window. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Outside: Small patio garden with table and chairs Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. A weekly clean offered and fresh laundry for stays of 2 weeks or more Other: Small walled patio garden great for dining outside

Booking Notes:
To book please send an email through this website. We will send you a booking form with all booking details. We take a £300 holding deposit to secure the booking and require the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible for changeover days. WE have a 3 night requirement at weekends, starting on a Friday. Arrival time is from 3pm, with checkout at 11am. We are also flexible on this depending if guests are leaving or coming in on the same day.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
